Astounding experience here! My server, Julie, was absolutely wonderful and had answers for every question. Everyone is very kind without being overly-attentive. Incredible views of the river, and the food was STELLAR! I got the Hungarian mushroom soup and the clam pasta, and both of them were out of this world. The evening wrapped up with a wonderful live piano performance from Riverboat Danny.

Thank you to everyone at Bridgewater for making my visit to Astoria so lovely!

My favorite place in Astoria. Right on the river with great views. I go here every time we are in Astoria. Hard to find anything bad on the menu.

Delicious food with a great view. We enjoyed the crab salad and cod. Fresh taste and terrific service. Absolutely love the Torte!

The food was just barely mediocre. Except the bread, which you pay extra for, but it was fresh and delicious.

I love this restaurant! Beautiful and delicious food. Wonderful space with chill jazz. Gorgeous day today on the coast! I always have oysters. Both pan fried and raw on the half shell are delicious. Today I had a wedge salad with pan seared salmon and bread. Fluffy focaccia bread with sea salt and balsamic and evoo. Dine here! You’ll love it.

Great food, slow service. Was an hour before we saw our appetizer.

Outstanding bouillabaisse! Different than the Marseilles version.... but outstanding local seafood..... Be sure to order their home made bread basket.

The marina and ships on the Columbia River are right in your view....very pleasant.

Disappointing dining experience. We had family visiting from out of town and took them to Bridgewater because of the gorgeous setting. We had made the reservation 1 week ahead of time for early in the evening. The restaurant was half full, yet we had to wait 5 minutes for a table to be ready. We were seated at the absolutely worst table in the restaurant on the second floor next to a staircase, overlooking lots of empty tables. One chair's leg was 1 foot away from the top step of the staircase and the waiter carried a tray of empty plates over the person seated in the second chair just to get by the table. We asked for another table and were eventually moved 3 tables over. The windows were open and the restaurant was freezing cold. The food was OK but there are much better restaurants in Astoria.

Service here is very bad. Our wait staff barely came by our table. Even the food runner dropped off our food with empty drinks on the table and didn’t even offer refills. The fish and meat were grossly overcooked. There were flies EVERYWHERE as well…

Great food, and the building interior is like an old warehouse, rite on the riverfront.

clam pasta had almost no flavor, was more water than sauce, and cost a ton of money. It didn't even come with bread.

I rate the food & service as 4 stars out of 5 only because my expectations were higher based on how pricey this place was in relation to other establishments along the Oregon coast. Dining room is gorgeous.
