Hey this guy named V with rad pink hair. He was very very respectful, open and very polite when I asked for certain things off my burger. The guys in the back of the house rocked it! We need more dedicated workers like them. I’m very satisfied to bring my business here at this restaurant.

The visit at the Astoria Burger King was exceptional. The food was great and the kids enjoyed their spongebob toys. The main reason for the review was the Service. I observed an employee show lots of care and concern to everyone he encountered. For example we were uncomfortable at a certain table and proceeded to move and the employee was concerned and asked if we were ok. Another guest had a lot to carry and drinks etc.. The employee asked if he wanted a bigger bag or drink carriers even though they were already bagged and drink carriers already on the counter for guests. I know it part of his job but you don’t see care and concern like this often as much anymore. I never asked his name but he had red hair tied up. 12/5/2025 7pm

Never opens on time. I go by every weekday around 6:40am and they are rarely open. About 70% of the time when I order online I have to cancel and get refunded because they are rarely open 40 to 45 minutes after business hours.

Nothing worse then getting a cold Whopper on your take out order. Fries were fresh though.

Last three times I have gone here my order has been wrong. Whether it's a missing burger, out of stock item (like fries. How does a burger place run out of fries???), or just food not made correctly.

A few years back, this Burger King used to make awesome food and was the cheapest place in town. Now almost all the speciality burgers are 10 dollars or more, and that's just insane.

I won't be coming here anymore unless I hear that management has changed, because the quality of food and service has gone off of a cliff.
