Dutch bros is usually a staple for us, this trip we made many stops from San Francisco to Everett but this one was our least favorite. Plenty of staff, 5 people inside, no one running for orders. I was the 3rd car in line and we sat in the drive almost 30 min. With 5 people on shift?! Things happen I get it, training etc.
But when we finally got to the window to give our order the service had started to make up for the wait, however...... the gal took our order, rang us up and headed to chat with the crew. Still no complaint. We get my drink, yummy! Waited another 5 min and the same guy hands me our second drink but was just a duplicate of mine. I politely told him we were just waiting on an Italian soda for my son. No big deal, no complaint. Waited, waited and finally got his Italian soda that was so messy and foaming out of the cup everywhere. At this point this was 39 min out of our road trip and I just wanted to get going. The drink proceeded to seperate and fizz everywhere making a mess of my rental car and my son. Really a disappointment to say the least. Won't make this a regular stop for us.

Lack of knowledge of basic coffee drinks yet you are serving only coffee all day long.
Only pushing double shots and flavors.
Ordered a traditional macchiato. I explain just a shot of single espresso with steamed or frothy milk like a cappuccino but way less milk.
Looked at me like I’m from space then gives me a shot of coffee and pours cold non steamed milk in. Then when I return with my cold coffee, offers to remake at no additional charge as if I would pay for another one!
If you do not know a drink it’s ok to say so and ask in order to meet guest satisfaction. They are on auto pilot making caramel “whatever” drink nonsense with a gallon of milk !! Never again and the attitude combined with lack of knowledge is the real issue here.
Always a great vibe even when super busy. Delicious drinks?

This is THE worst Dutch brothers I’ve ever been to. The service is SO SLOW. My middle schooler insist on going here every morning, we get a tea, they never remember us, always forget our dogs treat. (I’m friendly, we tip) Currently been in line for over 25 minutes, this happens pretty often…. They took our drink order in line, we’ll get to the window and it still won’t be done. Update got our order: forgot the sweetener in our sweet tea and gave us small straws for our large drinks. 30+ minutes, I can not believe this place.
