Lived in this town my entire life. Have been to fulios many times and was impressed before. I do have to say ever since it changed hands it seems sub par at best. Alfredo sauce is bland and not a full flavor as I have had in the past. Then they are known to be a steak house the filet minion I had was bland as well and severely under cooked. The old fashioned I had had no bitters in it and it seemed they forgot the syrup. Bums me out to see a stole in our small town go down.

The Spedini was heavenly, as was the crab pesto w/ penne. Very friendly service; polite and available, but not hovering. Had to shoo a couple fruit flies from the table, but that's my only complaint. Will definitely come back.

The grilled Cesar salad and checks (shrimp with pasta with lemon wine sauce) were excellent. Hubby had Alfredo which had cumin in the sauce & it needed a bit of salt. Chocolate tort was dark & superb!

Vegetarian options: The grilled vegetables appetizer is a MUST even if you’re not the type to like just veggies. The delicately fried eggplant is SINFULLY delicious and will leave you craving for more!! They also do a seared salad for you which is not my taste but most locals and fans rave about it!! of course since it’s an Italian restaurant, they have a variety of pasta dishes, and you would have to requested to come with me otherwise it just comes naturally vegetarian. The Spedini is a popular appetizer as well!

Excellent Italian food at very reasonable prices. Our table had charred Caesar salads, lasagna, veal piccata, and steamer clams. All was very well-prepared and seasoned nicely. We will return!

I recommend the Loaded Squash Blossom, the Chocolate cake brownie. Not sure that is what it is called, but show them the pic, they will get it!! The Staff are top notch!!
I highly recommend travelling here if you don't live in the area, You won't be disappointed!

I visited Fulios this evening and ordered the New York steak with a fettuccine side. To be honest, I was extremely disappointed with the meal. The steak lacked any seasoning and was barely seared. Not to mention the person who delivered it to the table said it was “reheated”. The fettuccine was overcooked and mushy, and the Alfredo sauce tasted like it came straight from a can. Best of Ragu. The whole meal was devoid of any flavor and was a complete letdown. It's disappointing to see such a poor representation of Italian cuisine and a steak dish. My first bite was so underwhelming that I questioned if I had lost my sense of taste.
I sampled bites of other dishes at the table, and unfortunately, I found the same disappointing quality all around. Except for a couple dishes. Considering the price, the experience was simply not worth it. It's truly disappointing to see how much Fulios has declined. All in all I would give it a 1/5 all together. Server was great 5/5. Everything else was leaving me wanting more. Sad day for Fulios.
