We've gotten salmon here twice now and we are always impressed with the quality. The staff is courteous and always super helpful compared to other markets in town. If you’re looking for local seafood, this is the spot!
The place to go if you want the freshest seafood for your home cooking. But my favorite here is their chowder. They usually have both a New England and a Manhatten style chowder to choose from, and they are loaded with fresh clams and also other seafood depending on what they got in that day. It's become one of our staples, and we get a quart of chowder from them at least once a week, sometimes twice.
Wonderful little family owned and operated business. They are so friendly and hospitable. My daughter and I had a wonderful time having the freshest crab I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is the most unique experience you'll ever have being in one of the original early 1900's Bumble Bee cannery factory's out on peir 39 in beautiful Astoria OR.
