Inferno Lounge is a great place to go for a cocktail! The view cannot be beat where you are sitting right on the Columbia river. The music gives this place a nice vibe. The cocktails are unique and delicious - hand-crafted with creative in-house infused liquors. My rosemary lemon drop was top notch!
But I really came to write about the service. Upon entering, we were welcomed with big smiles! We were seated and had menus immediately. Our server took our order right away and was knowledgeable about the drink menu. We got our drinks quickly. Every interaction was super friendly and courteous. Sometimes it feels like bar/wait staff are doing you a favor to interact with you. Not here! Our servers, Olivia and Dagon, made us feel like our business was important and special the entire time we were there!
So this place gets 5 stars for ambience, quality of food/drink, and outstanding service. If you go one place in town for cocktails, this is the one to go to!

One of my favorite places to frequent as a local. Beautiful river view. Large, varied menu. Good happy hour 4-6 pm, 7 days a week. The best chicken broccoli teriyaki bowl and spicy bloody Mary (only $20)! They use their home infused charred oak and black pepper vodka, with their homemade bloody Mary base, that's a meal in and of itself!

This is a good place for food and drink in Astoria. I had a Caesar salad with clam chowder. The salad was fresh and had an ample amount of good dressing. The clam chowder was very good, large chunks of clam and not too thick. You can sit on the pier and watch the sea lions cruise around for their dinner.

We had an early dinner and some drinks here at happy hour; really amazing service, first of all! The staff was so helpful and friendly- we had a guy with an awesome centipede tattoo, a guy with an awesome beach landscape tattoo, and a fantastically friendly pink-haired bartender who all stopped by and asked us how we were doing multiple times. The drinks were amazing and the food was really delicious! The prices at happy hour are really crazy, especially in this economy. We would be regulars if we lived closer and hope to see all of the staff we saw again! 10/10
Glad to find this establishment. Easy-going atmosphere delicious garlic, aïoli Smashburger on the water. The quality of patrons here is also good. Josh our waiter was responsive. Food came in a timely manner. Honestly, the burger was probably the best hamburger I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’ve been all over the United States.
