A colleague of mine and I were in Astoria for work and had some time to kill in the morning so we decided to drop by for coffee and breakfast. When we pulled up to the building we were both a little skeptical about whether or not Taps would be a good place for coffee and breakfast considering its dive-bar vibes. Good spot for bar food. They have a closed off slot area to the side where regulars seem to hang out. We were visiting Lewis & Clark Ft Clatsop nearby and this was a great option to grab lunch before fully getting into Astoria.

I had the bacon breakfast burrito and it was so good! There was lots of bacon and the tater tots were really yummy! There was a HUGE cheese pull which I appreciated. The service was really great and the person there suggested some food places for us to try. Local pub where everyone seemed to know everyone else. I would definitely recommend coming here to try the burrito.
