You need to check this brewery out.We stopped by here to check out the new kid on the brewing block in Astoria, and we were pleasantly surprised. We bought a taster of all 7 beers they had on tap at the time, and all were well-executed brews. Only 2 IPAs, which is always refreshing to those of us who drink something else besides unbalanced hop bombs. But even both their IPAs were really good. The gem is the English Best Bitter, served on a beer engine.Serious kudos to them for keeping this exceedingly rare beer and serving style alive in America!Their dry Irish stout deserves mention for its high roastiness but lighter body to keep it from being too filling.Another must-try is their Saison. Oh man it’s rare to find a commercial example of this style that’s as well balanced as their Chit Chat Saison. Hoppy, Belgiany, fruity esters galore, and a smooth frothy carbonation that my wife and I fought over the last couple sips of our taster version. We can’t wait to see what they brew up next!

This place is awesome - incredible beer, kind people and a super cute space. Plenty of room to bring a board game or just hang out and watch football from their projector. Don’t miss the 10% case discount for take-away beer!

Fantastic new brewery in town. Every beer we tried was excellent. Definitely a new favorite for us on the Astoria Craft Brew scene. We look forward to seeing what they are up to the next time we are in town.

Excellent newish brewery in Astoria! The space is beautiful and a short walk from the meat of the downtown area. They are sure to have a brew to suit anyone's taste and have a few snacks for purchase (chips/pretzels).Highly recommended in a town full of great beer!

Very nice little taproom just off the beaten path near downtown Astoria. We initially blew past it due to lack of signage on the Bond St side of the building, but we doubled back, no problem. We were greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to Obelisk" by a friendly server. After trying a couple samples, we went with their helles and IPA, which were both awesome. They also offer some nice collaboration beers brewed with other local breweries. We also picked up a growler to-go. Prices are on-par with other taprooms in the area. Atmosphere was very laid back, clean and comfortable. Definitely worth a stop if you're a craft beer enthusiast.Worth noting there's no food service onsite like some other brewpub/taprooms in the area. So grab a bite to eat before you head to Obelisk if you have a hankering for some grub.

Amazing beer, wine, and cider, and they have a good non alcoholic selection as well. Very clean bar and facilities and excellent staff. The employees are super friendly, and they really know their beer.

We took a day trip to Astoria and stopped in at Obelisk on a whim. It was a slow Sunday afternoon, and we were greeted with a smile, prompt service, and great information. A mix of in-house brews and collaborations with other local(ish) breweries, in a wide range of styles. Everything that I tried was delicious and clean. I appreciated that they had a local cider available for my gluten free wife.
