New town = New Local distillery to check out. Pilot House Distilling was a lovely gem! We sampled the Painted Lady Barrel Aged Gin, Bar Pilot Chai Tea Vodka, and Agave Spirit (aka tequila) Diablo Azul Reposado.
I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the Chai Tea Vodka. I know, it sounds strange. Yet, it’s wonderful! And the aged botanical gin was another lovely surprise.
