We found this wonderful food truck today at the Seaside Farmers Market! Best Reuben we have ever had and we are Seniors! We sure hope they are at the Market every Wednesday as we want to try ALL of their sandwiches! Also, the lady taking our order was so nice, which gives us another reason to go back! TY so much! Ted and (Barb the redhead wearing a hat that didn’t want sauce LOL)
We ordered the Sasquatch Reuben which is made with pastrami, Swiss cheese, pickled purple cabbage and Russian dressing on marble rye bread. Browned and incredibly juicy, this sandwich was delectable. Served from a food truck at the Sandcastle building contest at Cannon Beach.
Just stopped for lunch while I was driving through on my way back to Washington and had a the best Cubano I've ever had. Flavorful, juicy meat, tangy pickles, and delicious crusty bread. Super friendly customer service on top of everything else. I only wish I lived in the area so I could make this a regular lunch stop.
