We found this spot while on a road trip and I’m so glad we stopped! Fish was so fresh and delicious that we had to order a second round. Staff were attentive and food came out quick.
Soon Yi delivers the freshest most appetizing food. Friendly staff, personal service in a very comfortable environment. The Tuna carving was the best sushi and sashimi I have had in 50 years! It was EXCELLENT !!!
I recently attended a live tuna carving event at Soon Yi Sushi and it was hands down the best sushi I have eaten. I've eaten sushi all over the world, and that was outstanding. I eat there frequently, and I enjoy every visit. Don't hesitate, they are great!
