I’ve been eating there for 35 years and they changed their beef in their hamburgers and it’s not very good. I had four people at the table that have all had their hamburgers and none of them liked them. I’ve been there twice since, but I have not ordered a hamburger so I would change how you’re doing it. You used to have homestyle hamburgers. Now there’s round and tough and gritty.

Had a craving for a Hot Roast Beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy 😋
Wasn't on the menu (I guess they run it a a daily special sometimes) Chef cooked it for me anyway...it was absolutely delicious!
And their pies...well I was to full to try any but there must have been at least 6 people that came in for just pies to go...gotta believe they are bomb!
If you're traveling HWY 30 to the coast, carve out some time to stop.

I'm not a regular, but I come here a few times a year. Today was breakfast, and I got the Corned Beef Hash. Points for not being canned corned beef...it was grilled shredded deli slice meat. Lots of peppers and good potatoes. Points for the slice of Cara Cara orange. Big portion. Service here is hit or miss, and it was a hit today!

Been going here for years . This place is truly a staple in our little community. If you are looking for a good pit stop to or from Astoria this place is the best . Good food friendly people and some cool story’s if you sit at the bar and listen .

The food was good, the service was terrible. There was one person at the counter and no other occupied tables. It was not at all busy but took forever to order, three catsup bottles were empty, no water or coffee refills. Once our food was delivered we never saw the wait staff again for another 45 minutes.Would not recommend.

Good food , great service. Would be nice if they had more gluten free options or maybe a baked chicken bucket. Bar was packed when we came by but the diner side was empty.

Ordered pickle spears and tater tots... just for 1 person and a sprite... paid $30 because tatertots (not loaded - just normal) are $10... kind of crazy

I got the steak dinner. The food was delicious. The plate came with more then what was on the menu. Served Mellon and corn with carrots. Toast mash potatoes and gravy. The salad was delicious and I could share with husband and kiddo. Our daughter loved this place too glad we stopped by. Was peaceful. Milkshakes are good too.

Nice atmosphere unfortunately the food isn't too good. I had a Frisco burger, my husband had the 1/2 broasted chicken dinner that we ate there; we had, to go, a strawberry cheesecake and southern pecan pie... none of which had much flavor. The people are very nice and attentive.

Great service friendly. A little bit pricey for a small amount of food. Nice and clean all around.
