The rudest bartender I've ever witnessed. A group of 6 of us came in celebrating my daughter in laws 21st birthday. We were prepared to tip very generously and nobody had even started drinking and she didn't even make eye contact with anyone for at least 10 min ir was not busy whatsoever. I bartend and it was very surprising. Sorry you missed out

Stopped by with my sister and the older bartender women was super cold and rude. I guess being someone with property in Ocean Park is considered an “outsider” so that means she should discourage buisness 🤷♀️ won’t be back and won’t recommend this place to anyone passing through.

My friend and I were in Astoria as it had been a childhood dream to come here and check out the Goonies sites. We were looking for a place to grab some food and drinks and came in here because our 1st choice was full. Willah (spelling?) was at the bar and we asked her for a food recommendation. She gave us a few options nearby, once of which was the Mexican place across the street. We ended up going there and had the best time, so we wanted to come back to say thanks and have a drink.
We ended up staying here the rest of the night. It was the perfect, clean, dive bar. We talked to some locals, laughed, had fun and felt like we were one of the neighbours. The atmosphere was friendly and light. It wasn't overly loud, so you could actually have a conversation. I only wish this place was in where I live now as I'd come here all of the time.

I presented my id and it had a slight scratch through my id on the 2 and the bartender decided someone born in 92 was not ok to drink in an empty bar, what a tool.... will never go to the triangle ever again....
Was there overnight so my brother in law and I walk down to check it out. had a good time cold beer what else could you ask for.

Food is pretty basic, really only good for a snack. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. It's only a four star as the inside was not big, and it got loud pretty quickly.

This place is awesome. We love local taverns, that's how you know the place is good when it's full of regulars. Bjorn and Ashley both are so great! It's a great atmosphere and always have games on the TV. They respect their bar and the customers there so don't come in acting crazy cuz none of us want you there!! Will always stop by when we come into town!!
