My Son and Dtr-in-Law recently got married and Wahoo Charlie brought his food cart to their property for the wedding.Not only was the food excellent but they turned out a lot of food very quickly. I heard only praise from the guests at the wedding.I loved the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad and his French fries are incredible.

Excellent food and great service. Ahi tuna salad was amazing so was the fish po'boy. Tuna was perfectly seared and the sauce on top of it was so yummy, I could eat a bowl of it with rice. Overall everything was well balanced and I couldn't stop eating their fries. They were that good!

Fried appetizers and entrees were cooked perfectly (which anyone who eats a lot of fried food will know is actually pretty rare lol). Oil temperatures must be dead on. Very crisp and not greasy at all. Sauces and cabbage slaw really help to balance the flavors, so that nothing gets lost. Fries and popcorn shrimp were delicious as was the rockfish po' boy.
