Amazing bar. Fairly priced (strong) drinks, Jell-O shots, and KARAOKE! The karaoke is some of the best I’ve ever been to. The talent in this city is kinda crazy but you also have some interesting characters that sing a wide variety of songs. Atmosphere is incredibly inclusive and welcoming, the kind of place you make a new friend every time you go
I make a trip to Astoria every few years as this was my childhood hometown. This trip what a surprise it was to see a queer bar there so I obviously had to go! The bartender was all smiles and friendly and was working hard behind that counter - shootout to him on that busy Saturday! We had two delicious cocktails and some jello shots, the Lavender Gin&Tonic I had was top notch. What a beautiful space you've created here, will definitely be coming back.🩵
visiting from Florida with my sister and had to stop in because, duh, it’s called Xanadu! we were welcomed warmly by the bartender working on Monday night, i didn’t get his/their name unfortunately): they were SO helpful especially when there was a man being weird to my sister and i, he picked up on it and moved us to a “reserved” table. GENIUS!! we appreciated that so much, if we’re ever back in Astoria,(hopefully will be) we will definitely visit again! thank you!!!
