Went here tonight to get food at 9:30p. There were 2 people standing up front and as I approached them they walked around the corner in the back. I stood there for a little then had to whistle to get their attention after they had already seen me. I was getting 2 footlong sandwiches one turkey with ham double meat and the other just ham. The ham sandwich they put only turkey on. The turkey with ham I asked to only toast a little to melt the cheese and they toasted it so the beard was hard. They forgot the side of hot honey sauce. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be ignored and have them mess up your sandwich. They also did not give me a bag for my sandwiches or explain that they didn't have bags. She was very short with me. I also wasn't given a receipt for my transaction.
Super busy spot.
Good food & a great sandwich artist.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
If I could give zero stars I would. Dealt with an employee, I think named Dustin, he had a very rude attitude and tone of voice while serving me. He said numerous comments that were not acceptable. Overall, terrible customer service from this subway.
Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but I came in around 9:50 pm on April 7th 2025, there was one guy being served. The young kid told me he wasn’t going to serve me and I could get a sandwich from the fridge but I told him all I wanted was a cold bowl of chicken strips, he ignored me & kept making the other guy’s sandwich. Then he started talking to the other customer about how “some people don’t know the meaning of no” 🤣🤣. I didn’t say anything & kept waiting, as he was leaving I asked if he was going to give me the bowl or not but he didn’t answer me and started slamming stuff around out of anger 😂 glad he wasn’t armed. Whoever owns this place needs to do something about this piece of liability.
I've gone in here three times now. Every time i have gotten stale bread :(
Stale bread out of some of the toppings
If only you could smell the warmth.

Last night, 1hr before closing and starving, getting over the flu and needed nutrition for my body before taking meds. So disappointed that the food was not covered and a fly was buzzing the food prep area. It's was gross. When I asked about it, the employee stated she hadn't noticed the fly and she normally works in the back (?) Regardless of what area she normally works that fly was unbothered by her presence and vice versa as she never covered the food after I brought it to her attention.
Can someone remind the employees TO COVER THE FOOD BINS?
Hey, subway employees, do you eat this food??

Overpriced, slow, bread sandwich. If you're looking to overpay for one of Subway's overpriced "more bread than anything else" sandwiches this is the location for you. If you really just have to have subway I suggest heading north or south to the next town. This might be a busy location but it's a location thing, it's not because this is a good subway

4 people working visible no line took way to long for someone to ask me for help and when they finally did it seemed to be an inconvenience so I left.. I won't be going back

It was a total of 6 subway workers on the day of 3/8. However they had only one employee working on the front while the rest were on the back chatting and goofing off. As I patiently waited for about 10 mins the young man that acted like he was forced to be at work started to make my 6 inch sandwich. As he started I began to observe that most of the veggies were empty or close to empty. I ordered the tuna and went back to my truck to enjoy it. As I bit into the sandwich I only tasted bread as I open the sandwich it had to be probably less than a half of scoop of tuna on it. So it was like I ordered a veggie sub. I was to tired from my shift to go back inside so I just threw it away. I come here often an yet I was very disappointed.

The food was fine but the experience was weird. 3 employees working, 2 of which had headphones in and seemed to have a hard time hearing customers (go figure). Upon arrival there was one couple in front of me and it took the 3 employees nearly 15 minutes to make a 6 inch sub.
When it got to my turn, the younger employee that seemed new or that he could care less about his job forgot that he needed to put veggies on my sub until someone from behind me told him to do his job. He then proceeded to add all of my veggies onto the customers sandwich who was behind me. We didn’t realize until it was too late that he mixed the subs up. The manager offered to remake both subs but I and the customer behind me were just so eager to escape this dreadful situation that we said not to worry about it.
overall a piss poor performance by all involved. i do not understand how headphones are allowed in a customer service environment. especially when its obviously very much hindering you from doing your job even close to correctly. the lady asking me what cheese i wanted had to ask 4 times cuz she kept forgetting.
