I was an exchange student from Europe and visited many Taco Places all over the US. But the D&J Taco Shop was different. I had the best Tacos there in my whole life. The burritos are good too. The Staff was extremely friendly and I really felt welcomed. My favorite place in Baker City to eat :)

Wonderful people work here! Knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and positive energy. The food is excellent and good value for the money. Located in a beautiful historical building, which is nicely located with lots of parking. I will be back to try more from the menu, thanks 👍

Had lunch here today and it was fantastic! The food was perfect and the two guys (I regret not getting their names) serving were some of the friendliest people I've ever had as servers. I also love the tributes this place pays to our veterans. Huge kudos to the owner! Thank you! 👏

Food was over seasoned and basic. It felt like nothing was homemade at all, even the cheese was obviously preshredded from a bag. Definitely not worth the money. On the plus side the service was decent and kind.

The folks who worked there were all super friendly and nice… And as a family, we all loved what we got.
Normally my wife is stealing my food but she got their steak tacos (which was like some smoked tri-tip which was unexpected) and the steak was PHENOMENAL!! Just a brilliant combination… and was definitely jealous. My pork nachos were good too but that steak was just that good!

D&J Taco Shop has excellent food and service. Their tacos were fresh, made to order and plenty of food. The beans and rice were delicious. The food is excellent and the quality and portions are perfect for the price. I can't wait to go back again next time I'm in Baker City.
