Great! Right at downtown Baker City. Friendly staff. Seating looked fine but I got take out. The food was exactly what you are looking for when craving Chinese. Big menu with lots of options.

Order to go waited 40 mins. there were 3 tables when I went in. Asked how much longer it would be after 20 mins. was told they were very busy. After 40 mins asked again he said they were very busy, a table of 6 that came on way after me had their food. He finally brought the order out, the egg rolls were doughy and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, kung pow was inedible.

I love this place, I take myself out to lunch here often and it never disappoints. Very tasty food, always the same sweet waiter when I come in to eat. Very courteous and kind, great little spot??

Growing up in Seattle area my family was fond of Asian & often ate in Chinatown. Mulan reminded me of those restaurants: unpretentious, old fashioned & delicious.Best BBQ pork I've tasted in years! ?

Tried to call in a to go order and the guy that answered was INCREDIBLY rude. He was unable to hear me so I spoke louder and he freaked out telling me not to raise my voice and to take my business elsewhere! Bad customer service can ruin a good business.

We moved to Baker county almost one year ago and have been trying out the various restaurants during that time. Mulan Garden has been one of our favorite places to go, and we have found that the food is consistent from visit to visit. There is nothing more disappointing than having a craving for something, only to be disappointed at the flavors not being the same as the previous visit. We have not had that experience here. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Our server has ALWAYS been friendly, efficient and they have always been appreciative of our business. We have taken multiple family members there, and they also enjoyed everything they have ordered. The restaurant is simple, and hasn't been updated in awhile, but seriously, that doesn't matter. I go out to eat to have good food, not sit in a fancy room. I'd prefer they keep their simple style, good food and reasonable prices anyway.
