We patronized this coffee drive through twice while traveling through Baker City. Both times, the employees were really good, as well as the beverage options. I think the prices were reasonable for this type of business. The location is good.

Ventured first to the roasting plant and met Donna Rose where she directed me to their coffee shop on Campbell in downtown Baker City. Joel, the very handsome roaster, presented me with a fresh espresso-ground bag of their most amazing dark roast - no charge! I've been enjoying it with my pour over coffee setup all week. You guys are wonderful and the staff in town at your sweet coffee shop are super friendly! I'll definitely seek out your blend at coffeeshops throughout the Pacific NW

We were heading to the Boise airport and wanted coffee for the road, so we stopped inside, as the only other coffee place in town is closed Sunday’s. The place is clean and cheerful. Small but plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and efficient. We ordered large coffees, which are 24 ounces (that’s what I’m talking about). They use real cream, no packets. I also got a mocha, it was just right for me, on the sweet side. Everything was super hot and tasty, ideal. We noticed them expeditiously moving the busy drive thru line along. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stopped for white coffee and they not only messed up the coffee order again, it tasted terrible!!!! Not worth the stop!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Wasted time and money on two drinks we threw away!

We walked there on Christmas and it was pretty cold out, but throughly enjoyed their nice upbeat surroundings and good hot mochas. Happy they were open on Christmas Day, served by their friendly staff.

Sorbenots is a nice little shop with friendly baristas and a variety of tasty drinks. A bit lacking on the food front, but that's alright. The bright colors and small-but-quiet atmosphere made it a favorite stop for my husband and I when we lived in Baker and wanted to study outside of the house.

We wanted a nice morning pastry and coffee before hitting the road, and came here on the strength of the recommendations and the mention of homemade pastries. The friendly staff was really the best thing about this place. It is small and cramped (not much seating space at all) but they do offer free wi-fi. We were disappointed that the pastries were pre-packaged, and the "scone" on the very smallish size (more like a cookie). While the coffee was not bitter (like some other chains we could mention), I ordered a Grasshopper Latte and what I ended up receiving had no detectable mint or chocolate flavor. We wanted to get going so I just took what I got.

It's rare to find gourmet independent coffee in such a conservative eastern Oregon town. But Sorbenots fits that bill perfectly. They're open later than any other coffee shop in town which makes perfect for those late nights. Their baked goods are excellent as well. Highly recommend their blueberry scones.
