Starbucks at Safeway in Baker City. Right next to Safeway's Signature Cafe. Usual great coffee. Had a Verona dark roast pour- over and then Pike refill. Friendly baristas and great service. Only two tables with two chairs each at cafe area. Had samples of two new frappes - Caramel cream and Smores. Tried both and they were tasty.
Very friendly, communicated professionally but I felt like I could talk about anything, pastry was fresh and good, and my only complaint is that the Starbucks could use an update so it could provide more for the customers.

The service is always fast and friendly. I know that sometimes they are out of things but that's true of any restaurant I order from these days. Their salted caramel cold brew is my fave!! Sooooo Yummmmmy!
