Well this has to rank one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had so far. I went in and got in line and the lady in front of me didn't have enough money on her card to pay for her drink so she left and they had to call the manager to do an override on the register so I waited and then the lady showed up saying I'm here I'm back and the Starbucks employee waved her up ahead of me to redo her order. I was shocked, after a 15 minute wait I finally got to order.. when I got my cheese Danish it was cold and I asked if they could warm it up and they said no.. we don't do that. I wouldn't have gotten it if I knew it was cold. They said sorry have a nice day.. Wow

I came to your Starbucks to get three pumpkin lattes. there was a customer in front of me. She was being help by the older dyed black hair women. She was rude to the customer she told her to wait that she had to do one drink at a time. She almost yelled at her. When it was my turn I said that I would like 3 pumpkin large lattes one to be iced. She came at me to tell me she had to do 1 at a time. I said ok and asked if she was new. I would have supported that but instead she yelled me "No, why? I happen to be the manager" she proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait until the lady in front of me was done. She was done and waiting at the other end to pick up her drinks. That was a strange comment. This dyed black hair poor choice for a manager was absolutely out of line. I told her that I owned a coffee shop and would never treat my customers so poorly trying to make them feel uncomfortable because she can't do a simple coffee order in a timely manner. The young lady that was making the coffees did a fantastic job, she is efficient and friendly while making 3 very good coffees. I would have given her 5 stars, but the old woman I would only have given her a 1 star if even that. I won't be back.

Yet another Starbucks, this one is a kiosk located inside the Baker City Safeway. Service is always friendly, and they know what they're doing. But if you're after work space for a laptop, or WiFi, try the actual Starbucks across the street inside Albertsons.

Coffee was consistent, although they were out of the drink that I was hoping to buy. Not sure what was happening with the staff though. There were three folks there, but only one was doing the work. The other two were chatting, seemingly unrelated to work, and it meant that my order for tea and Frappuccino took a good 20 minutes… Even though no one was waiting when I first ordered. While I was there, I also heard two or three other customers grumble about the efficiency of the help because it was taking longer than usual to either place their order or get their dreams to you too. Just wanted to three actively working.

Was just in there and ordered 2 drinks. Alyssa was so concerned with chatting with her friend that it took her 10 minutes to make my drinks. I have never waited so long unless I was in the drive thru and it was busy. Maybe Alyssa needs a reminder that customers come first
