We stop there to split a big foot-long sandwich every time we pass through Baker City on our way to or from Idaho. The place is kept fairly clean, we rarely have to wait long, the food is good and prepared well. My wife is picky as to what goes on the sandwich, but the help is always willing to make it perfect. No complaints and a bright spot on a long drive we make every couple months.
Dine-in has room but is a bit crowded with some seating. The drink machine was not calibrated with the proper syrup/carbonation and only seemed to have 1 employee working at lunchtime on a weekend.
We stopped by while traveling. The service was excellent. The staff really cared about making our order well. My kids said it was the best Subway they’ve ever had and that it exceeded expectations in every way.
