I ordered my drink and asked for almond milk. Was charged extra for it. I watched the lady use regular milk. When she handed it to me, she acted put out because I told her she used cow’s milk instead of almond milk. She acted like it was no big deal. It is a big deal when you are allergic to dairy! Very slow also. Not friendly staff.

We arrived 1:30pm and promptly ordered 3 burgers. They basically mixed up every single topping and the side in my burger, I had to ask to get the chips, that I didn't want and didn't order, swapped by the potato salad. Some other review stated the same problem for some reason. The food was mediocre. I ordered a latte to go, thinking that would redeem them as coffee seemed to be their specialty but it tasted burned. They closed at 2pm although their hours on Google Maps stated closing time at 4pm. Every employee treated us with certain air of disdain. 🤷🏻♀️

Dear owners: I have been in the coffee industry for 15 years. This shop has so much potential. From the outside it is inviting and has a great look. I like the branding. I was excited to go inside expecting a positive professional coffee shop experience in your great little town. Once you step inside things change big time. The barista staff is super slow, I mean almost unbelievabley slow. The place was by no means busy, I walked right up to the counter and ordered 5 drinks, it took 20 minutes to get them, simple things, nothing crazy, decaf latte, 2 hot chocolates, and 2 regular lattes. Also at some point in the day coffee was delivered to them and the box of bags with the information from the Roastery where they buy there coffee was sitting mid counter. Unless this is a sales display??? Are you losing customers? For sure! I attempted to get a coffee here there day before but seeing 5 or so people waiting for their coffees and a lineup of about another 4 people at the till and staff moving at a snails pace I decided to pass. You guys need to get your service figured out! You could be great! But not the way you are operating now.

Croissant was soft and buttery and accented the egg and sausage in the breakfast sandwich very nicely.
Iced chai was medium between sweet and spicy. It was a bit thicker than I expected, but nice.

It's pretty decent. The coffee isn't great, but they do have lots of variety and seasonal drinks. The service was alright, seemed like the people didn't like their jobs. The atmosphere is nice, it seems like a nice place to hang out and chat with some friends, plus there's lots of cool local art. The pastries are pretty good!

I honestly hate to write reviews like this, but we unfortunately had a bad experience here. We stopped in to order breakfast, ordering two breakfast sandwiches and a cookie since they looked great in the display (and the cookie was good!). The cookie was given to us right away, so we took a seat and waited for our sandwiches.
After 25 minutes, we went to ask about the delay, as it wasn’t busy, and it was clear they had forgotten our order. The woman at the counter, who didn’t seem particularly friendly but I want to believe was just having a bad day, made up some excuse about a new system not sending orders to the kitchen without offering an apology.
Since we were on a tight schedule, we asked to cancel and get a refund, which she agreed to. Only later did we find out the refund didn’t include the 18% tip we had added to the order. I understand not refunding the cookie, as we ate it, but the tip should have been returned since the service we tipped for was never provided.
It left a bit of a stain on our experience in Bandon, which was otherwise wonderful.
Amazing, fresh made bagels and pastries. Delicious coffee. Local art inside, along with fresh flowers on the tables. Love it!

Food was pretty good, but ordered a hamburger with potato salad but received a hamburger with chips. I told her I ordered potato salad, but she said it cost more so I said never mind. However, I have a feeling I paid for the potato salad because that’s what I ordered at the time. Then, when I went up to the counter to handle things, I was completely ignored. People that came up after me and were behind me were helped promptly. Just rude.
