I just have to say it, Nick R. is an outstanding Applebee’s bartender and a rare talent! As a former longtime bartender for Marriott I noticed that he is open, attentive, and anticipates customers’ needs with ease, all while remaining efficient, hardworking, and genuinely engaging. He balances great conversation with excellent service seamlessly, making every guest feel welcome, so much so that I feel inspired to write this review. Nick’s skill and professionalism truly set him apart, and he has a very bright future ahead of him.

Its Applebee's what do you expect? We showed up, staff was respectful, and got a seat. Food came out and half priced apps were pretty great. 2 apps, 2 sodas, and 2 entrees for under $25/person aint bad.

All of the staff at this Applebee's location was absolutely amazing. I work in healthcare and my client has special needs and every staff that came to our table, spoke to him and included him in ordering his meal and asking of the things he may need. We've gone to other locations where people just ignore him and that's not nice. We loved our experience here today. Big huge shout out to Floyd and Tammy you guys were absolutely awesome. Oh and the food was delicious and everything was very clean

I really like going to the Applebee's on 185th. It's a warm, comfortable place, the servers have all been fantastic, and the food is genuinely very decent and the prices are good. I especially like their burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches... juicy and tasty... far better than what I get a fast food places and for a very comparable price.

The $9.99 big meal deal includes a bacon cheeseburger all you can eat fries and a drink. Nick in the bar area also was very attentive and kept our drinks refilled and extra hot fry refills at the right time. We were there at lunch and it was great to watch the football games, we will be back!

Nate was amazing! When we first arrived, he was at the front counter seating customers, we sat down and waited almost 30 minutes before we got our drinks. He came over to check on us several times. Then he got a manager for us just to get our food ordered, and the manager did not order our kids food so when all the adults got their food, which took another good 20 minutes.. hands down it was the worst Experience ever and all this on my husband’s birthday if it weren’t for Nate , it would’ve been awful! If you’re seeing this, you saved the day you were amazing and a godsend!!
If the manager sees this, your host, Nate is the only reason that I will come back here he was on top of it. He basically was doing the job of all the waitresses, and ensuring that our experience was top-notch. That kid needs a promotion. He was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant and all the years I’ve been going to restaurants.!!!

We usually always go here. Today, I brought my daughter, she wanted the broccoli alfredo but they told her that there was no broccoli. Also the Sprite didn't have any syrup. We got another Sprite but it tasted the same. The waitress said there was no more syrup. We were almost finished with our food and we were still waiting for four more entree plates to be brought. Never got ranch, after asking for it. Bathrooms are dirty. The waitress was telling us they had a new chef and thats the reason why everything was taking so long. Nobody checked in on us. If you want a picture of my reciept just ask me.

Extremely frustrating experience. Restaurant was obviously busy on a Saturday evening. Expected that food/service may be a little slow, no big deal. We were seated at a table at 7:21 pm. At 7:42 pm we had not been greeted by our server or acknowledged by any of the 5-6 staff that kept walking by our table. Other tables who had been seated after us were ordering drinks and food. After 21 minutes without being able to even place a drink order we walked out. Will not ever be returning.
