Okay, I love food, but i'm going to be honest with you on this one. Arby's claims that they got the meat, but it sure doesn't feel or taste like it. We have gone there twice. And both times it's been a letdown. The roast beef feels like steamed ham. It looks gray, and it doesn't taste right. The burgers were robbery and kinda bland. And the place looks a little dingy, and run down. It's just not the place to go, not for me.

So i place a mobile order for pickup. The lobby is closed until further notice. I am then forced to WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AS A PEDESTRIAN. Why was the in store pickup still enabled, and what manager tells a pedestrian to go through the drive through...

I've been a longtime fan of Arby's burgers, so I have no complaints about the food itself. However, the building is so old and the carpeting on the floor is so rotten that it smells strongly of mold. The characteristic musty smell of an old building is not appropriate for a restaurant.
