Terrible coffee.
Super great place to go and relax. It has a really nice vibe and workers are nice! I got the iced chai latte and a muffin. They were both good.
Love the coffee here, but they are grossly understaffed. Waited 25 minutes for coffee this morning. When I see a line, I have to walk away now.
The Barista acted like she had better things to do then serve customers. The prices were outlandish for food and for drinks. I think it was upwards of $20 for a sandwich just a regular sandwich.
Gluten free bread for sandwiches! It was delicious, the bread wasn’t my favorite GF bread but the sandwich overall was amazing
I have been (almost) a daily visitor to Ava’s for my coffee and camaraderie. The staff is very personable and fun to talk with. But, I do miss some of the baristas who have moved on, especially Bridgett B. She was delightful! So fun and always cheerful. I wish she would come back!
I gave “Atmosphere” 4 stars because the music is always too loud. No need to have music that loud in a place where folks come to relax and talk with friends. Please tone it down about 10 notches!
Do I like this place? You bet. Do I think it should be smaller and focus more on coffee? Yes. Do I think the menu needs to be made much smaller 🤔. Yes. Focus more on coffee. It's in your name.
The lady staff who assisted my daughter with her drink order showed her bad attitude.
Good coffee, pleasant staff, great views.
Detestible employees and very unhygienic building. We literally watched 2 coackroaches scurry across the floor behind the counter. Obviously we left immediately. 🤢

They gotta lake wit ducks bro, and nice cappuccinos
A great place to grab a coffee and hang!
A beautiful coffee shop on the Progress Ridge lake. Ava's differentiation is a breath of fresh air in the Portland metro area. Their Parisian pastries, art of coffee, and upscale ambiance makes getting my daily coffee an experience. Each location is unique and I hope to see Ava all over the city in the future.
Terrible experience. Unfriendly, cold service. Chocolate croissant dry to the point of disintegrating. Waited 15 min for a latte.
Love this place! Has my favorite drinks and pastries from any other cafe I’ve tried so far. On warm days, the inside opens up onto the patio, by the cute little lake. Always nice to be there, and the baristas work hard back there!
