Baja Fresh

This place has gone downhill, it’s been a while but the manager has definitely left the building, two tacos and still waiting for 25 minutes and there are only two people eating here. This place has zero accountability for cleanliness and timing. There is no way this location is properly managed, what a mess.

I ordered a shrimp tostada with black beans and when it was delivered to me there was one small layer of black beans and six pieces of shrimp! It was all vegetables! Beware of this place

Baja Fresh is one of my favorites, I think it's a step above Chipotle, but I like Chipotle also, especially if I want giant servings.

The music was great, but the burrito was even better! I recommend the Ùltimo Burrito. Also, let's update the playlist and add some Juanpulitoschinos Una Vez Mas come on people.

My favorite chicken burrito place in town

I eat at a Baja Fresh (all around the Portland Metropolitan area) at least twice a month. And today's visit at the Cedar Hiils location (store #30598), was the best I've had in months! Great portion size and presentation. You can tell someone took pride in making my meal. Also, the price was better than across town.

I walked in and made eye contact with two gals that were working in the back. I said hello twice. Nothing. So I yelled HELLO! Nothing. Apparently the girl who was supposed to work up front was in the bathroom. Horrible customer service.

Food was great, but it took way too long for the food to come out.

It took over 30 minutes from the time of order, and over 20 minutes from the ready time they gave me.

This was just too long of a wait for a fast casual restaurant.

The staff were apologetic, which I appreciated.

The price for the food at this location is higher than what other nearby Baja Fresh’s charge. For the higher price, I honestly expected a better Baja Fresh experience.

The staff was very friendly and were all doing an excellent job cleaning. My order was ready within a few minutes, quick service, so the staff was very fast. My fire grilled steak burrito tasted fresh with the right amount of jalapeño spice and kick, compliments to the cook. I enjoyed the chips and pico de gallo and salsa verde as well with a take-home cup.
There were few people in the restaurant as it was their last hour being open, so the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

This store has possibly the worst window configuration ever. Upon walking in, the wall of glass behind you is absolutely blinding. Which makes seating a game of strategy. The food was ok. The fresh salsa bar was nice but needed stocking. The counter staff wasn't overly friendly but pleasant enough. Due to the expansiveness and high ceilings and at most 10 people in it the space felt very hollow and vacant.

Parking: The lot is crowded and can be tedious to manuver. Use caution.
