Food was great. Some weren't exactly for me but pretty good quality fish. They were so busy it took us a long time before we could get the servers attention but other than that service was great!
Love that most of their food is gluten free friendly

Dietary restrictions: 90% of the menu is gluten free

I pay over $100 and We ordered 3 items for a party of 2. I think it is overpriced for what we got. Besides I didn’t see the itemized tab.

The staff front desk has no empathy, when you have old people with your party. They require reservations even the regular seating table's are empt y with no customers . The mentioned that the table all reserved. We finished our meal at the bar , tables still not occupied and wonder who they hold the tabels for
Would you see your 90 years old mother seating on a high bar chair ?.
Service need to show empathy and acomodate old people too.

Been here two times. Overall my experience was good.
The food is on the basic end as far as Sushi goes. I would've liked some photos included in the menu to get an idea of the various options.
Otherwise my experience was okay, I just prefer other Sushi places around town. This one is located right in Cedar Hills making it an easy vote if you are in that area and craving sushi.

Great sushi served well but with the ambiance of a Costco.

One of the cups in which we were served tea was stained with lipstick. Rainbow rolls were ok, but for that price we expected a more interesting presentation. Overall, the price does not match the quality, and the dishes need to be washed better.

Bamboo food is always amazing. But this location has the worst service. They are the slowest out of all their locations. Empty dining floor 45 minute wait time for basic sushi. It’s like this all the time. This locations ruins the name for bamboo

I love Bamboo Sushi and frequent them often in Seattle and this location but for some reason this location is literally the slowest for service I have ever experienced. One time I ordered a pick up for a miso and 1 roll and they still told me it was going to be 20-25 mins and there was not a single other customer inside! Then today I went to pick up after being told it’s a 40 min wait for take out and there is only 4 tables seated. The food was not ready so waiting still. I have tried them a few other times but the wait is always astronomical.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, but honestly was very disappointed in the food. My partner and I had ordered the spicy tuna and Salmon crispy rice but it felt more stale, almost hurt to chew because of how hard it was. Sadly it did ruin our first experience here.

Stopped in for a end of the week celebration and was treated well. Christine was a wonderful and cheerful bartender letting me know her favs and recommendations.
I enjoyed my time there, the music and vibes were A1
and I look forward to going again!
Thanks for the Black Sesame Brownie, definitely was icing on the week!

Had a less than average experience for what was a pretty expensive meal. We ordered sushi, which was divine don’t get me wrong. 20 minutes later my husbands $20 burger came out. He’s had it before it was amazing, this time it came well done when ordered medium. I had literally already finished my meal and a drink by the time the burger came out. My husband, who is an admittedly slow eater sooo slowly ate his burger in an effort to show the server how over done it was, but starving of course so he ate. With about two bites of burger left the server finally stopped by, I ordered another drink and told the server the burger was way over done, a shame for a $20 burger. He said ok thanks I’ll tell the kitchen, fine we thought we don’t need it comped or anything like that, we were hungry and we ate. We then waited another 25 minutes with NOTHING on our table except water for our $75 check. I have no problem paying a premium for bamboos sushi, it’s always perfect. I know some will say this is a sushi place and who orders a burger? Well, don’t serve a burger if your cooks can’t prepare it. Drinks were good, not great for $15 a piece. Overall, we had an overpriced and underwhelming service. I’ll just door dash my sushi from now on, since the experience is subpar.

Nothing is special. Drinks are too sour. Fry sushi is too hard. Not my jam.
