Fresh rolls, dining area offers variety of seating options much like you will find in a Japanese restaurant. Did not realize that they charge for ginger :( , even though there were two 2️⃣ pieces for two orders. Other restaurants have this as part of the meal.
Banya is a lovely little Japanese restaurant. The Atmosphere is spectacular and feels similar to the kind of small family run restaurants commonplace across Japan. The seating has a choice between Western table seating or Japanese style booth seating. The food was beautifully arranged and wonderfully delicious. The only drawback was that the sushi did take some time to prepare (appetizers come super fast though. So, order some yakitori and/or miso soup and you'll be fine!)...

We came in on a Tuesday at around 5:30 and the place was completely empty. Nice atmosphere with the personal seating areas that you take your shoes off for, but that’s the extent of pleasantries for our experience.
