The ice cream was so good and the price was also decent. They have so many flavors and you can try free samples before you buy.

I guess like any other chain place with a high turnover of different workers, customer service can vary greatly depending on when you come in. However, when I visited with my partner, we had an energetic and friendly employee helping us despite being busy even at a later time of night. Baskin-Robbins isn't my favorite place to get ice cream, but it's cheap and they have a good selection of flavors, including their very nostalgic cookie dough offering that I always get whenever I visit. My partner enjoyed the bubble gum flavor, also nostalgic for him. The place was pretty clean considering the type of customers they typically get, with a nice little sit-down area. I'd definitely come back here.

This location is like walking into the TWILIGHT ZONE. They just stand there.. Me- what comes on the banana royal Lady- it's just likea regular banana split BUT WITH ONLY TWO SCOOPS. Lady -what ice cream you want? What toppings? Me- You said it was a banana split with two scoops instead of three... Lady- ok, What toppings do you want? Me- everything that comes on the banana split Lady- what would you like on your banana royal.... I GAVE UP. Make it however you want at this point. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ANYWHERE THAT THEY SHOW YOU THE PICTURE OF WHAT'S ON THE BANANA SPLIT AND TELL YOU THAT THE BANANA ROYAL IS THE SAME AS THE BANANA SPLIT WITH JUST ONE LESS SCOOP OF ICE CREAM.... BUT THEN DON'T KNOW WHAT COMES ON THE BANANA SPLIT!?! Will not be returning🖤

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. After placing an order for 2 cakes, they accidentally placed the picture on the wrong cake and wrote the wrong name. Instead of correcting the name and apologizing, the woman owner began berating me in front of a room full of customers. She was screaming at me, had her fingers and hands in my face, and walked around throwing things in the store. She then called her husband to come to the store and continued to scream at me and get in my face. This whole situation could have been avoided by simply apologizing and correcting the name. The store was unapologetic, disrespectful and the most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen. I told them we shouldn’t even have to pay for the cakes after receiving such horrible service. They offered to refund the price of the cake if I returned the cake. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. There are plenty of other cake shops who treat customers with basic human decency and respect and this place is not it.

Really delicious Ice Cream, I love the place, good service everything clean and nice. The only thing is tips are cash only. I was sorry because this team deserved the tips, there is no option to tip them via electronic payment.
I ordered a 2 scoop sundae. I had it delivered. The cup was only half full!! Over $8 and it was the WORST version of a sundae I’ve ever had! Dairy Queen is cheaper and good quality and is generous in their portions! I used to LOVE BR but they have slipped in their quality

Today was amazing and the service made all the difference. The gentleman behind the counter was running solo but was patient with my kids, receptive, charming and made our stay one the best 31 Flavors visits ever. Such a refreshing change from the entitled d-bags who think they are doing you a favor or make you feel like you are the inconvience. Old school service!! Thanks! If the owner/magager sees this we were there ~330pm July 20. Give this guy a bonus! Also, while we were sitting eating our ice creams, he offered to store a cake we bought and asked whose birthday it was. Her day was made when he gave her a little birthday crown. Thanks!!!
