I & my kiddos enjoy the Matcha flavor that they just made it in weekend (Sat & Sun) only. We have ordered over bundle of Green Tea fontdant au in every weekend. We initially love cream puff of Beard Papa’s and we’ve ever tried several franchise stores in Asia, California and New York unfortunately i have to say that the store in Oregon’s totally failed. The shell of cream puff was not good as standard and they don’t have many options like another stores. But i’ll keep doing support and waiting until you can improve and do your business better.

I love Beard Papa's but not the cream puffs at this location. The puffs at locations in Lynnwood, Washington and any in Southern California are far superior. In fact, it's probably my favorite dessert of all time, so I was really disappointed today. First of all, custard was heavy and not light! Secondly, there was no powdered sugar on top, which is truly the "icing on the cake!". A traditional SAFEWAY eclair tastes better than this.

Tasty yet light cream puffs! I tried the cookie option with the chocolate cream (the associate mentioned it was her favorite so I went with that one). I devoured it in line while waiting to check out of the grocery store. Honestly that whole setup is amazing!

I waited till they opened at 12pm(I arrived at 11:20). Waited in line for 5 minutes. Then was told that they won't have any of the 'mini' ones available for 30mins. In total spent 45+ minutes waiting only to be told to wait longer. Never again. Waste of time. Uwajimaya is great, but Beard Papa's ain't worth the effort. Don't go out of your way like I did to eat here. If you are grocery shopping and its there, try it, but don't make it a destination to drive to. Employees looked clueless and there was a help wanted sign posted up. Went to "Tous les Jours" down the street to get stuff for my Mom's birthday instead.

We were so exited to see Papa Beard inside the Japanese market 'Umajimaya' in Beaverton, Portland. Unfortunately, the puff was not fresh at all and drenched in cream which made the puff very soggy. We tried it within 10 min in the parking lot. The green tea flavor was lacking. We ended up tossing it.

I can't think of any other shop dealing exclusively in cream puffs, which makes it pretty unique. The cream puffs themselves are delicious, and there's other small pastry options as well to buy. They also have a new flavor every month that cycles out.

Hmm, wanted to try this place for so long and finally got a chance! I happened to be shopping at Uwajimayas when BP's opened and picked up a 6 pack. We got 6 eclairs, 3 choco / 3 vanilla. It's nice that you can pick your filling and they fill them fresh. Puffs are pre made and ready for filling when you order so it's a quick process. They are around $3.50 each so similar to cupcakes or donuts around here. The pastry dough is crisp on outside and soft inside, making a perfect vessel for the cream. The vanilla was creamy and delicious, the chocolate was a little grainy and had an off texture. They were good but not something that I absolutely have to have again. Try for yourself if you're in the area when they are open.

A hidden gem! I loveeee their puffs! A huge puff filled with lots of cream that has just the right amount of sweetness with a flaky puff on the outside ?? I’m sold! I asked for the eclair or chocolate covered puff and they made it on the spot. Will definitely stop by for a puff whenever I’m in Beaverton

Bearded Papa's such a Beaverton gem. My go-to is their matcha green tea filling in their puff shell(I knocked off a star because the recent one I tried was lacking green tea flavor). But maybe it was just an off day. Besides that, Bearded Papa's is one of my favorite desserts! A nice crispy shell FILLED with creamy filling. Their flavors rotate, so thats always fun!

Pretty solid cream puffs. The cream was very mild and not over powerfully sweet. The puff was large and a little flaky. The puffs are very full and explosive with every bite. Use plenty of napkins when eating. Only tried the exclaims this time and they were excellent. The chocolate seemed to be dark chocolate.

The cream puffs are always good. Also Groupon has deals with Beard Papa’s.

Worth the hype!!! I can't believe how delicious the cream puff I got today was. (Regular with vanilla) it was fresh and clearly was just made right before I ordered. It was overflowing with cream filling & a bit messy (not that I mind!). Bigger than I expected. Perfectly balanced and not too sweet. Love that it's located inside Uwajimaya too! Will be coming here again soon.

Crispy and light shell filled with decadent, rich, vanilla cream. Yessssss! Beard Papa's knows how to make a legit cream puff. To ensure you get the perfect crisp puff, they fill them when your order and recommend that you eat within 20 minutes, if you can resist biting right into one! The puffs come in regular (around $3.50)or a cup of 5 mini's ($6.50) and you can select your filling. They always have the classic vanilla, chocolate and green tea matcha plus flavors of the day. Dulce de Leche, anyone? The magic doesn't stop there; shell can even be dipped in chocolate! Located inside of, but not part of, Uwajimaya, the smell will cause you to make a hard left as soon as you enter the supermarket. Do you shopping first, then before you check out your groceries, stop at their corner over by the bakery and hot deli area, and treat yourself to one or two of these delicious treats. Or make someone happy by picking up a box to go.

This place is more expensive than other locations. One original puff costs $3.5 Their puffs are delicious. This brand Beard papa is always a quality proof. However, I think it doesn’t make sense that some specific flavors still need to pay extra. I didn’t meet this situation ever in other locations. Do not recommend this location bc of the price. But their puff is still delicious.
