Went for breakfast on a Sunday mid-morning. Not TOO crowded but still very full. Very LOUD. Lot's of kids making noise. Lots of parents who don't discipline their children. Gravy is not that good - very little sausage. Pancakes are very good. Fresh orange juice is really nice. NOTE: For those who care - their take out boxes are BLACK plastic resin #1. It's no longer being accepted at Plantcon. No place to recycle this stuff. So, generally, Blackbear is a huge polluter. So, finish your meal or bring your own container for the left-overs and you're likely to have some.

Loved it! This was the first time here, but for sure noth the last time!
Overall a good place with good service. Atmosphere was comfortable and cozy.The waffle was ok, but it was really just a waffle shaped pancake, honestly the only worthwhile breakfast item seems to be The Volcano. Eggs were cooked just right. Lunch items however looked good and definitely worthThe tiny hiccup was when they forgot the bacon in the... bacon hamburger, but they brought it out individually.

The portions are pretty large for the price you pay. I got the California Eggs Benedict's, I thought it was pretty good however I wasn't a fan of the avocado but that is person preference. I also got the huckleberry lemonade & it was just too sweet. The person I came with got a vanilla shake & pancakes. They said that the pancakes are extremely good & they enjoyed the vanilla shake
Food is amazing and large portions. The serve staff is great and our waitress went out of her way for us. Its a stop every time we are in Beaverton, Wilsonville or McMinnville.

Pictures on menu DO NOT articulate order.I ordered fish and chips. The menu ( I ordered togo) shows beautiful fillets of fish over a small bed of Fry's.Wrong! You get a pound of Fry's and some what looks like fillets out of a box at the supermarket.Fry's aren't even cooked. Waste of money
