The last three orders I've made at this location have been wrong and the staff is ambivalent at best. This evening I arrived early to pick up my pizza and noticed the majority of staff standing/joking around. The teen that was supposed to be taking orders literally ignored a customer who came in for a good minute before acknowledging his entrance while I was waiting.
The dining area is haphazard. The employee break area is a glorified curtain in the dining space that doesn't lead to the space feeling inviting.
I'll be trying a different location in hopes this is a Cornell issue.

We have a celiac, a gluten intolerant & 2 gluten sensetive people as well as people that aren't affected by gluten in our house... This is the 1 place that we can order & everybody's happy! They have an extra station in the back to make the GF stuff so we've never had a cross contamination issue. They have everything we could want/need (except GF monkey bread but my hips will live without lol) and sizes are huge! We've been coming here for 12 years & will continue to do so!

My wife told me about this killer pizza place so we ordered from here and on the notes I put well done like please cook my pizza and sadly it was hardly cooked . I bought it on a Friday while there was a bunch of 20 somethings working the kitchen. I noticed there was trash on the ground in the kitchen area. They also put so much cheese on my pizza that I literally could only eat 1 slice. My advice is don't order online go in person and look at your pizza before you leave to make sure its to your liking.

Probably the worst service ever. Who tells a customer they won’t bake a pizza well done? These guys are clowns. Eat somewhere else, too many good pizza places around to be treated like that. This place sucks
I love Bellagio and it’s the only place I order from. Tonight’s experience was not great. The pizza arrived at the right time but it was barely lukewarm and because of that the crust had gotten chewy and tough. I’ll order from them again but I’d like my food to be hot when it arrives. Oh, the driver went to the wrong unit. I heard her knock on their door so opened mine and got the pizza.

The pizza was tasty, I didn’t realize the prices. It was pricey, 2 large pizzas and chicken wings came to $58. The wait for a in store order/pick up was a good 45-55 minutes.
