My wife told me about this killer pizza place so we ordered from here and on the notes I put well done like please cook my pizza and sadly it was hardly cooked . I bought it on a Friday while there was a bunch of 20 somethings working the kitchen. I noticed there was trash on the ground in the kitchen area. They also put so much cheese on my pizza that I literally could only eat 1 slice. My advice is don't order online go in person and look at your pizza before you leave to make sure its to your liking.

Probably the worst service ever. Who tells a customer they won’t bake a pizza well done? These guys are clowns. Eat somewhere else, too many good pizza places around to be treated like that. This place sucks

I love Bellagio and it’s the only place I order from. Tonight’s experience was not great. The pizza arrived at the right time but it was barely lukewarm and because of that the crust had gotten chewy and tough. I’ll order from them again but I’d like my food to be hot when it arrives. Oh, the driver went to the wrong unit. I heard her knock on their door so opened mine and got the pizza.

The pizza was tasty, I didn’t realize the prices. It was pricey, 2 large pizzas and chicken wings came to $58. The wait for a in store order/pick up was a good 45-55 minutes.
Ingredients have gone down in quality over the years and I did like that they use their own delivery drivers but stopped after they decided they want to keep making snide comments on delivery

Have a HUGE complaint for this place…. Been going to Bellagios for over 20 years. Last night I ordered a XL pizza. I go to pick it up… I had to wait a few minutes, no biggie. I notice the the SAME EXACT pizza I ordered is “Pizza of the Day”, save $6.00. I ask the manager why I was overcharged since placing my order. I showed him my receipt. He was VERY LAZY and UNINTERESTED in helping. He grunted that in order to get that price I had to PHONE CALL the order in!!!! I said “ Really?” I use online ordering, I don’t bother you with my phone call I do ALL the work on YOUR ONLINE website and I get dinged $6.00???!!! He grunted “yeah “!!!
Well after 20+ years… you lost this customer and I will tell All my friends and company NOT to do BUSINESS with one that is so lame and backwards as to no honor their pricing policy for a faithful customer.

We've always loved bellagios and especially since they've been offering dairy free cheese. Their breadsticks are suffering from shrinkflation though and it feels like we're getting ripped off. Come on guys, fix this please!

We were visiting from out of town and my brother recommended this pizza place. It was very tasty. We had the "mother earth" pizza. Unfortunately they were out of artichokes so we subbed olives instead. It would have been phenomenal with artichokes but was still delicious with olives. We also had the BBQ chicken pizza which was one of the best BBQ pizzas I've ever had. We also had cheesy bread sticks. The bread sticks were good but they were not as good as the pizzas. I would definitely eat here again. Small dine in area but only about 8-10 people could eat in the space.
