Power lunch is a great deal. It is for people who have been several times and don't need the full show. Quick (less than 45 minutes) and delicious as always and affordable.

We sat for an hour an a half - only served soup - and had no updates on when we would start being fed. this is disappointing as we made a reservation for a birthday. benihana should not accept walk ins at certain times of the evening so those who make reservations can be seen timely. not sure if this is new management or poorly trained staff .. please help your crew. this makes it a miserable night for everyone.

We had a 6:30 reservation for 3 which I confirmed the day prior. We arrived at 6:15 and were told that they were running 1:30 minutes behind the reservation schedule. There were a few different reasons given for the severe delay. They said people were not leaving the tables from earlier reservations, they also blamed AI for the reservation algorithm and they said there were a lot of large parties. They refused to admit that they just booked too many reservations. We were finally seated at 7:45 and it was another 20 minutes before any service was rendered. Once we actually got food it was very tasty. We did not finish our meal until 10:15. They need better reservation management at this location. Customers were blamed for their poor management of reservations

Food was good our chef was fun. One very bad thing is a reservation meant absolutely nothing other than you can walk in the door. After that you just go on the list. We had a 5:45 reservation and we're finally seated at 7:15! The host tried to claim they have no way to cut off reservations so they don't over book. Sorry dear but that is just tnot true, and dishonesty did mot help the situation. We would have walked out but after waiting 40 minutes assumed it would be any minute ... nope! We will never go on a weekend night again.

Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time. Asked the host how long it takes to get seated they said “not too long but feel free to have a drink at the bar”. The bartender poured the wrong last of the wine. Went there for 45 minutes past the reservation time without being seated. Checking in with the host who said “I won't take too long”. We decided to leave and go to red lobster which was great.

The service was superb!! Wait staff kept us fully taken care of while we waited to get hibachi. Ambiance was amazing, will be coming back!

Don’t make a reservation. They routinely overbook, just ask the front desk staff. We had reservation at 630 Saturday, arrived at 6:05. Was told 1.5 hours behind because of overbooking and customers won’t leave. Talked to a small party of 4 waiting for their 5pm reservation that were still waiting at 630… This is in their control.

Worst restaurant experience of my life. 5 of us arrived at 7pm for our 7pm reservation. We were sat at 8pm in a room in a back where we could tell right away we were going to be forgotten. 15 minutes later, drink orders were taken. 30 minutes later, food order. After an hour we had been served soup and salad. Waitress was nowhere to be found. It was 9:30 when a chef finally turned up - TO THE TABLE NEXT TO US - who got seated 15 minutes AFTER us. I went to talk to the manager, an old man who mumbled under his breath something like “ok ok ok yes ok be right there” as he walked off. I was nice about it because being rude doesn’t get anyone anywhere, and asked for a discount. I wasn’t even hungry at this point anymore, and considered just walking out. No one came to acknowledge the mistake or apologize to us. The chef finally turned up to START cooking at 9:45pm. We weren’t eating until 10pm. At that point everyone at the table was fed up and couldn’t care less about tricks- we just wanted to eat a little, put the rest in a box, and go home to go to bed. What an awful experience. Do not recommend and I will never be back. Wouldn’t pay $20 for that meal let alone $55+. Meal should have been comped 100%. Happy holidays.

We came in today for my boyfriends birthday. We were with Isaac as our chef and let me just say his service made up for the 1 hr wait that we had. He made our experience so much fun and was cracking jokes all night lol if you go I would highly recommend him.

This was my son’s favorite place to celebrate place to celebrate his birthday. We were told that we’d need to wait an additional hour after our reservation time due to other walk-ins, which isn’t how reservations work. Many others in the lobby had the same issue. It would have been too late for him to eat, so we had a disappointed birthday kid.

Great place to go but they overbook. We had a 6 pm reservation for my daughter’s 16th birthday and didn’t get seated until 7:15 pm. Very stressful. Lobby is loud and crowded. They act like you should have to wait. It’s very odd. To make customers wait that long is really unforgivable. If it hadn’t been my daughter birthday we would have left.
