Came in this evening with my family who was visiting from out of state for dessert at 7:30pm and was met by a sour lady behind the counter who rolled her eyes at our arrival and rudely declared, “We are closing in 15 minutes.” No hello, nothing. We also wanted to ensure that what we were ordering was nut free as one of us has a severe nut allergy and before we could even finish the question, she cut us off with a cold “Nope.” I understand that it was close to closing, but we only ordered desserts and were out by 7:40. At least four more customers came in after us too! Incredibly disappointed in this experience as we have been coming here for years for dessert.

Came in at 7:30 pm on Saturday (8/30), a full 30 minutes before closing, and was immediately met with unnecessary attitude. All of the chairs were already up on the tables at 7:30 pm, which already made it feel like we weren’t welcome. While we looked at the menu, the cashier looked us up and down and snapped, ‘We are closing in 15 minutes, are you going to order anything?’ then rolled her eyes and made snarky faces at our group. When it came time to order, she didn’t even bother with a hello and rushed each person along like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Extremely disappointing—if this is the level of service they accept, the staff clearly needs to be retrained on how to treat customers with basic respect. And if they’re going to lock the doors and shut off the lights by 7:50 pm, the website shouldn’t say they close at 8.

Bread quality has gone down..they keep increasing the price..literally doubled in the last 2 years..no longer my go to place anymore. I wonder if they are not already seeing the pinch in their orders..all signs going downward trajectory

This place is a blasting 5 stars!!! The #1 sandwich is unassuming when you look at it, but WOW it was bursting with flavor!!! And the prices are incredible. Unbeatable asian bakery items, and a large $8 sandwich is totally unheard of in this decade!! Someone else mentioned that they didn't like the cold food sandwiches - But, yeah, uhm vietnamese sandwiches are cold. And they are amazing. Every time we make the super long drive into Beaverton this will be at the top of our list!! 👍✨

I LOVE Best Baguette!! Their boba drinks are great, the banh mi sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and their steamed buns are outstanding. The BBQ pork bun and the Chinese sausage bun are my two faves on their menu. The Beaverton location seems slightly different than the locations in Portland for some reason, but they’re all great. I think the Chinese sausage bun may only be available at the Beaverton location.
