The food here is disappointing on a whole new level. Worst teriyaki I’ve ever had. I don’t write food reviews but this is so horrible. The orange chicken has no sauce on it. Teriyaki taste artificial. Sweet and sour came with the tiniest amount of sauce. I want my money back! I don’t waste food ever but this is borderline headed straight for the trash. Do better how do you mess up this bad.Edit: The only thing that my partner and I ate was the orange/sweet and sour chicken and the tempura shrimp. Everything else is disgusting. Going to return this garbage tomorrow.

The amount of Chicken Katsu was insanely large. It's delicious because the vegetables are stir-fried instead of raw.The inside of the store is spacious.

Very mediocre food, would not order again. We ordered the spicy chicken, yakisoba, and teriyaki chicken. The yakisoba was tasteless, some of the worst I have ever had.The spicy chicken was tender, but not super tasty, probably the worst spicy chicken I have ever had at a teriyaki place and I have eaten teriyaki/bento thousands of times. The teriyaki chicken was super dry and tasteless. The meat dishes came with "steamed vegetables" which turned out be some shredded vegetables that were overcooked and limp.I suck at cooking and I could do better than this.Try Du's Grill, Joy Wok, or Mio Sushi, as all are much, much better. What a disappointment.

Been coming here for about 26 years. I've pretty much gotten the same thing. I get something different sometimes. The atmosphere here is great. Cold sometimes but good. The people here are nice and friendly. I hope they don't go anywhere. I would be crushed! The price is really good as well.

So disappointed and disgusted. I’ve come here for years and the food has been ok. Today after finishing my food, I found a piece of hair at the bottom of the container. I have blonde hair so it’s not mine. I called and they hung up on me.

Used to be my favorite teriyaki spot a few years ago. Food quality has taken a dive. It took over 20 minutes to get my chicken plate to go. That is way too long, even during the lunch rush. They have a help wanted sign up which might be the reason for the wait. I would rate this spot as average. At least they aren't stingy on having all the sauces out for use. $13.50 for chicken teriyaki plate.

Food is great! But they really need to change their cashier the young girl with red lipstick and a square face is just plain rude for no reason saw her yell at the people in front of us then when it was our turn she yelled “what!” She’s clearly not happy working there. We’re regulars so we go there often and she’s always like that we’ve been going less and less lately.

Definitely a good choice for Teriyaki/bento place. For a home cooked meal for the same price of Drive thru Burger this place rocks. I got the lunch special (chicken, orange chicken, rice and veggies) 14$. Plate was huge veggies were high point along with the teriyaki...The rice was just ok...only reason I dinged any points. Good seating, amenities, fast friendly service.Place is good, clean, fast and friendly.Parking: Even with a bunch of other businesses next door pretty busy. Parking lot is easy to find a spot.

I haven’t been here in many years. I remember it was good, so, since I was close by and hungry, I decided to get some food there.Big mistake. Spend $20 on food that was reheated in a microwave. Come on people, you own a brick and mortar restaurant, the last thing you want to do is use a microwave to reheat food.I asked for a partial refund on the side of fried rice, that was clearly reheated in a microwave, the cashier so non chalan plainly said so. The fried rice was taste less and hard.Well, not coming back here again. Sad to see long stablished restaurants that survived the pandemic, not appreciating patrons returning to their business. This place has a lot reviews just like mine. I should had check them before stepping in.
