Claudia gave us the best experience we’ve ever had at Big Al’s. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left she was kind, funny, attentive and cheerful. We look forward to sitting in her section in the future!

The food was okay, but the standout of the night was our server, Sophia. We were there for a UFC fight and she handled our large party well. She made sure to ask all of us if we needed anything else. And was super accommodating when we needed to change something last minute. Thank you, Sophia!!
