The service was horrible, the wait staff did not provide accurate information regarding the availability of the listed items. When we attempted to speak about it we were met with a lot of platitudes and not heard at all.

We love Biscuit cafe franchise. We recently moved in the area and thought of trying this location. As usual they have best pancakes and biscuits.

Great location with views. Coffee was good flavor and hot! Chicken waffles on point. The bacon đŸ„“ was too crispy/border line burnt for us. Other than that we had a good brunch! Would go again!

Angel and the staff here went above and beyond. We had an issue with a coupon at a different location, we had to drive over to this location and although our drive ended up a little bit longer to get food, they took care of us and on top of that went above and beyond. It was my child’s birthday weekend and Angel surprised my kiddo with a little birthday treat to celebrate. It definitely was a visit not to forget. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you all! Amazing customer service and just all around great people and service. We’ll be back!

The breakfast was disappointing. The toast was a bit soggy, and the sausage was very greasy. I’a conveniely located, but I would choose somewhere else to eat as the service was inattentive and very poor.

The diner was nothing special. The toast was soggy, the sausage was greasy, and the staff seemed uninterested. I wouldn't bother returning.

Food came just how we ordered it no issues with the exception of undercooked red potatoes. It was a Saturday morning so parking was a little challenging.

This place is normally a sure shot to a good breakfast and experience. Today’s experience was a let down. I got the pico avocado toast with a fresh baked cinnamon roll. My fiancĂ©e got the meat lovers omelet. Despite the fact that the avocado toast is just one singular piece of whole wheat toast, the chefs overlooked it. My toast came out completely burnt, face down on the plate, as if positioned in hopes I wouldn’t notice. When I set my toast to the side the waitress remarked “is it too burnt for you?” instead of immediately just noting she would get me a new piece. The waitress described the over easy eggs as “basted.” You baste a steak, not eggs. By definition, basting means “pour juices or melted fat over (meat) during cooking in order to keep it moist.” I asked for the eggs to be over medium, they came out over easy. My fiancĂ©e and I usually each get a coffee and a side of milk. This waitress brought out two cups full of milk and then charged us $9 dollars for them. I asked her when we were checking out how best I could have worded “a side of milk” in order to prevent getting charged $9 dollars next time and her response was that that is what she understood we wanted. The fresh baked cinnamon roll tasted like dry, store bought cinnamon bread with a cream cheese spread that is not sweet. Our waitress never came by to ask how the food was aside from asking if my toast was “too burnt.” Out total was just shy of 60 dollars which normally I would be okay paying but with the $9 charge for a misunderstood milk, poor service, wrong food, I am left feeling disappointed in the whole experience.

Never thought I’d live long enough to see a Biscuits employee discriminate against a developmentally disabled person.
We have been going to Biscuits for 10+ years. We have been going to the Scholls Ferry location for about five years. We have also visited Biscuits locations in Aloha, Barnes, and Clackamas.
My disabled friend usually orders off the kids menu. Every waiter up until today has been ok with this. My friend doesn’t have a big appetite, and doesn’t have a lot of money. I tried to order him a juice, and chicken strips order off kids menu like normal. Waitress was very rude. She kept saying NO. It was very obvious we were not trying to pull a fast one. I told her he always orders off the kids menu, but still “NO”. So I had to end up paying for my friend’s whole order.
I expect this discrimination from Sherri’s and Hales, but never in a million years would I expect it from Biscuits. Really upset me. Our waitress was blonde and had hair put up, possibly in a bun or ponytail.

The owner and employees of this restaurant absolutely go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to tidiness, efficiency, presentation and taste of the food.
