At my last visit, my 16oz triple iced white mocha was ready before my credit card transaction was completed, even though both of them were started at the same time. I'm a classically trained barista, of many years, and I know how hard it is to finish a latte in under 90 seconds... add to it the pressure of several cars lined up on just ONE side of the drive-thru (I worked at a place with TWO), and you're bound to get it wrong, sometimes, but not this day!
