Advice, when you have 5 cars backed up and youre out taking orders, have some sense of awareness and not bullshit with the front car driver for nearly 10 min. Thank you

Who ever the guy is that was working on 12/29/25 at 12:40pm wearing the green Oregon ducks jacket is hella rude. No communication on what drinks was what. We had to ask which drink is this? Everyone he handed a drink. didn’t even look at the notes on the drinks I ordered as some was very specific. Worst service I’ve received by BR employees. Very disappointing.
I usually come here when the girls work here and they always never disappoint. This is the first time I came here when there’s all guys and they all disappointed me in their service and how they made our drinks.
As for the girls that usually work here, 5 stars for sure! Never coming back if you guys aren’t here!

I just don't understand... If it's your birthday and you have ID, you can't get a birthday drink. You need a phone number in order to get a birthday drink through the app. You have to have a real number, that you pay for. Not just an app for a phone number you have to pay for to see any codes on. That's so horrible when not just last year you were able to get a birthday drink using ID. Why change it?? So now randomly, my husband who doesn't have a number can't get a birthday coffee by presenting his ID, and that goes for all coffee shops. And they can't make any expectations even tho...... That's how they used to do it. So ridiculous.

Drinks and food are great. Customer service is always rude. I can stand at the window for a good 5 minutes before even being greeted. It’s happened twice in the last few days with the red hair girl.
This location is always amazing. Every barista is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items.

Ordered an iced Matcha latte for a small, that was $650 with soy milk. It was pretty light colored and I was kind of tasting just the milk, and I came back to get it done better not sure if they were happy. Second one they put more ice full of ice, so I don’t know if I’ll be going back there again

Blackrock makes the best hazelnut mocha I’ve ever had (the blackout). No matter the time of day if I drive by one I get one. Oat/almond milk levels up the flavor.
