This place just gets worse and worse. This location says they dont serve lunch at breakfast time?! They have ZERO traffic and no business ... I cant imagine why ?!? Its a Burger joint and they only way they can do any business unlike their competitors

Pick up Uber eats it’s not one person….both girls at counter hadn’t even started the Order they were in the little room having their Lunch…..waited over 5 mins for them to cook food for order…. how do I know they were having lunch? It’s because they were chewing when they walked out of that room that Customer Service.

It took them 30 minutes to make me my burrito I ordered. To add to that I ordered it with bacon and no sauce, I give sausage and sauce in it. This isn’t the first time this location has done this either
Parking: There’s plenty of parking spaces but none of them are ever open, for they are being used for the drive thru customers who are waiting there 30 minutes for there order

30 minutes to get through drive through because it looked like there were only 2 people in the front. Once I got home I realized I was given the wrong food. And I can't get customer support to help me because they require a receipt which I wasn't given with my order.

Came today and went inside… Literally sat at the counter for 5 mins and nobody helped me, said it’ll be a minute, not a single word and there was 4 people working walking right past me, staring at me, nobody said anything so I just said screw it and left… It’s pretty bad when the MANAGER is working the front walking right past people on line not acknowledging them or anything. That dude should be put through training again or demoted ??

The food was correct, made fairly quickly and was good. Getting the food proved to be more of a task however. Now, I'm not like a racist or a Republican or anything, and I totally understand the pressure of learning a new language in a new place- but don't put non English speakers on front counter and expect them to understand what someone is asking for.
It took almost 2 whole minutes and 3 team members to figure out what "no sesame seeds" means. Eventually I settled on just asking for a potato bun and that was apparently the magic phrase they all understood. And then the manager yelled at him for the misunderstanding. How embarrassing. It wasn't really his fault, he probably thought I was trying to open a hidden door, haha.
I will say, $10 for a single whopper is highway robbery. Just go to McDonald's and get a mcdouble with no ketchup, add lettuce mayo and jalapenos. Way better and half the price.
