If you’re gonna order here, it’s a good idea to double count what they hand you. We’re short one meal. We’ve had this happen to us several times, and didn’t catch it this time. They don’t answer their phone so there’s no way to complain about it. Their prices have gone up, so this is a bigger deal than it used to be. It shouldn’t be complicated when you go inside and order food for four people. They should be able to get your order straight, apparently that’s asking for too much. They are our preferred fast food burger, but if we’re not gonna get our food, we might as well go to one of their competitors.

These fries were absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what y’all did back there, but it tasted like someone took old, cold fries from yesterday and tried to re-fry them — and failed. They were weirdly stiff on the outside, cold on the inside, and had a funky, almost moldy taste. Yes, moldy.
They weren’t crispy, they weren’t fresh, and they sure weren’t edible. Some were gigantic and chewy like raw potato, others were overcooked and hard like sticks. It’s like they cleaned out the bottom of the fryer and just scooped it into the bag.
Burger King, please explain — because this mess shouldn’t have left the kitchen. I wouldn’t serve these to my worst enemy.
