The drive threw speakers are so far away from the menu you cannot speak to the employees and read what is on the screen at the same time. Certain parts of the day, the sun reflects back on the screen and blinds you. The employees are always impatient (I assume because they are dealing with this all of the time) when taking your order. This should have been fixed years ago

The Hispanic guy working the drive-thru right now (7/12 at 6:30 PM) is completely incompetent and shouldn’t be handling the drive-thru. We placed a mobile order and went through like normal, waiting in line just to get to the window and be told we had to pull around and go inside to get our food. My husband went in, and the guy was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying, “Next time you need to check in at the speaker.” My husband told him multiple times that we did check in, but he just kept repeating the same thing. When my husband tried to ask a question, the guy just stared at him and walked away. Completely unprofessional.

I never leave reviews let alone bad ones. But I have never had anyone be as rude as the guy in the drive-thru was to me on 6-21@12:30 There's no reason an employee should ever laugh at a customer for asking for pricing. He was very obviously and purposely being rude and looking at all the other reviews this obviously isn't the first time. Maybe the people who are rude to customers shouldn't have a job there

Spent over 30 on lunch and they got everything in the order wrong except for a kids meal. Worst burger king I've ever been too. Repeatedly called to talk to someone and they don't answer the phone

The only place I’ve experienced that charges a cup of water. Food is mediocre, the one on Cornell and Bethany for some reason tastes better. And the people are very unfriendly and does not pay attention to the order. Distracted. Noticed they chitchat ALOT while working.
Disgusting. I had went to this place a yr ago. Got a whopper Jr and it was sloppy made and Disgusting. I okay and never went back and never wrote a review. My son and I got a haircut on Cornell and there was a Burger King across from haircut place. I was hesitant but got the whopper Jr. again to avoid spending money. This was 2 weeks ago. It was delicious no sloppily made at all. So I though okay maybe this location had bad time so I went back late last night and it was disgusting again. This burger King is Disgusting. Go to the one on cornell and see how it's burger is made presentation wise then go here and see how sloppy it is then eat it. I'll never visit this location again. I was the only only in drive thru no rush needed to slop this nasty thing together. I visited 4/9/2025 late. Horrible and will never return. Coke tasted like it say in machine to long and fried were almost stale. Disgusting. By the way I noticed someone took a pic of thier burger I should've done the same. It was so sloppy and nasty looking. I wish I took a pic it was as nasty at it looked

It's Friday night 730pm 3/28/25 went through the Drive through a guy sounded older very rude ask for no lettuce large onion rings. 2 items . Got to the window the same guy who ordered he was a smaller older gentleman with black hair skinny slams my sauce on the table very disgusted pissed off look on his face hands me my order my onion rings were small when I ordered large there was lettuce on my hamburger after I told him no lettuce one sauce after I told him extra sauce the guy was stressed out be careful hiring people like this they can easily have a stroke at the drive-thru window I almost had a stroke when I got my order

Good was not fresh. I could tell chicken fries, burgers were old. Took 10 minutes just to get someone on speaker. Never coming back this is second time last time after 5 minutes of no service left went to carls jr. Bad service bad food

Very unprofessional staff. I waited in a long lane. She did not take my order at the window because I missed the ordering spot. She sent me off when she could have taken my order and ask me to wait on a parking spot until my order was ready. Zero customer service proficiency 👎

I was driving around the area and I noticed McDonalds drivethru was packed (per usual), so I decided to go to BK. Ill be honest, it was a bit sketchy going to this BK because NOBODY was there. I only saw one car in the parking lot- I assumed it was one guy working there tonight.
I was greeted by an italian guy who didnt speak english very well. Im not gonna lie, the first thing that popped into my head was that this location is a font for something else. The food was not really that great, but manageable. Don't go here at night lol
