The customer service here is great. And I highly recommend the one food item that I order from there - fried asparagus. It is so good. The level of the customer service there is also good. It reminds me of Chick-fil-A customer service.
I'm very disappointed. The food was okay, but if I get a meal I expect fries, and a drink. The drink was completely packed with ice. I won't be coming back.
How can you not love Burgeville!? The food is always fresh and locally sourced. It tastes great and their seasonal items like the Rosemary French Fries in April, Srawberry shortcake and fresh strawberry shakes in May and June are simply some of the best tasting stuff on earth. Great service too. If you're not from Oregon, you probably don't know. But this is a local gem. Made to order fresh, too. Even just their basic cheeseburger is delish!
There's was black particulates in my soda. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a health inspection, bad.
One of my fave burger places.
First burger was raw, second one was burnt. Both were insanely greasy and sloppy. I'm just not gonna go to burgerville anymore, there's better options.
Staff sucks. They do not pay attention to you, there's no sense of urgency to give you food, let alone acknowledge you when you approach the counter. Allen x Scholls Ferry location is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!
Tasty plant based burger and bliss!
Love this place food and service are so good!
Best Burgerville I've been in for quite a while.

atmosphere was average. the sign was confusing. right beside a phrase chicken and chips were 3 chicken burgers. so i thot that was the name of sandwich , you know, with fries. turns out the sandwich was way at top of sign not near the 3 chicken burgers. so i asked are there 3 strips of. chicken, like it said, in the sandwich? the result was confusion for awhile because clerk didnt want to turn around and look at the sign behind him. so a little strange. with all that fancy picturing they should put sandwich description right nearby. o well.
Great place
I have visited this location maybe four times over the course of several years, always disappointed. Last night was the same, sandwiches that had been sitting under a warmer after specifically asking if they cook them fresh to order and was told yes. Lettuce was brown and wilted, buns were soggy as were the fries. There was the slightest little smear of their 'special sauce' on one of the sandwiches. This was definitely not worth over $17 that we paid. I should mention it was less than a 5-minute drive home, would not have affected the quality of the food.
Sorry to have to write this but the fish in the fish basket was tough and stale; we have never had that at a BV previously. The JoJos were great on the outside, cooked well, but the insides were mealy; I think the problem is if they are using the same potatoes as they do for french fries, the insides of the fries don't do that (or it's not noticeable) because of the much smaller cross-section. BV might want to try Yukon gold for JoJos to get a potato with more structure. The mocha perk shake was good, but needed a shot of espresso to get the chocolate/coffee balance right.
Plus BV had a glitch - the survey we got later that day showed we sent to a different BV outlet that's about 10 miles away.
Fresh food and fast service!
