Very clean, and bathrooms are locked until requested, i like that i don't have to worry any vagrants while changing my kids. The staff was very quick and the food was excellent just as ordered. Dining are and parking lots very clean. I was pleased.

on 6/22/25 I had come in to have a meal at the location of Murray and tv hwy m, in the drive thru. I didn’t expect to have a full amazing service. This young man name Andrew gave such amazing customer service. Very polite, charismatic, friendly, his smile is contagious. You could feel his enthusiasm through the speaker. He made sure my food was hot and I had everything I needed before leaving. My drink was perfect, the shake was done to perfection. Thank you young man! Keep up the good work.

Food was fine although the assistant manager Darryl at the time was absolutely vile and when we tried to repeat the order he vehemently claimed that we wouldn't let him finish talking (even tho we were just clarifying our order after he was stumbling on his words) and "you always want to get the last word huh" not sure What was wrong with him but we're never going back to this fast food option.

Horrible experience. Guy at the front was very unfriendly. The bald, larger size male manager argued with me at the table about whether or not I had a spicy chicken sandwich or not. I did not. He told me thstbthe "pepper" is the only thing that makes it spicy. This is after they got my order wrong. He argued with me enough that I had to ask him to let me eat.

Helpful hint: Probably shouldn't argue with the customer while they are eating food that you got wrong.

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with the Carl’s Jr. located at the corner of T Highway and Murray. As a business owner myself, I understand the critical importance of customer service, which made my visit all the more disheartening. Unfortunately, this location appears to suffer from extremely poor management, and the way I was treated made me feel as far from a valued customer as possible.

On Tuesday, around 10:40 PM, I approached the drive-thru window with a few items to order. Rather than ordering at the microphone, I decided to place my order directly at the window, as there were no other customers in line. However, the employee attending to me, Flor, greeted me with a level of frustration and disdain that was shocking. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and her body language made me feel as though I was a burden simply for being there.

Flor proceeded to reprimand me for not ordering through the microphone, implying that I was making the process unnecessarily difficult. She informed me that it would “take forever” to serve me and then refused to sell me anything, stating it was already late. Despite the fact that the restaurant closes at 11 PM, she insisted that she would not take my order.

I calmly offered to go back around and order through the microphone to avoid any issues, but even then, her tone remained condescending. She begrudgingly allowed me to proceed but continued to exhibit hostility, including a dismissive remark about how many coupons she would accept, ultimately refusing to take any at all.

This behavior was unacceptable. It was clear that Flor neither enjoys her job nor understands the fundamentals of customer service. No customer should ever feel insulted, dismissed, or unworthy of respect simply for placing an order.

Whoever owns this franchise should take immediate action to address the management and training at this location. Experiences like this tarnish the reputation of the Carl’s Jr. brand. There are many other dining options nearby that offer far superior service, and I will certainly not be returning to this location. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant if you value being treated with dignity and respect.
