Good chicken but waffle fries don't taste as good as they used to....something has changed. Very friendly and courteous service but it took a long time to receive my food, even though the place was not busy.

My boyfriend and I went against our principles of supporting homophobic establishments and ate here yesterday, and both of our stomachs have been upset for over 24 hours. Never again.
I had gone in for my breakfast and one of the workers Jessica was rude to me when handing the food to me and asking what my order was (my order was a mobile order). She would only act nice when other workers would come near by. She asked what sauces I had asked for and told her and she gave me other sauces that I didn't even ask for, my order was wrong which I'm guessing she did it on purpose and I just didn't want to go back and waste my time. I l live in Woodburn and this was the first time I come to a chik fil a down in Beaverton but never again I'll just stick to my usual spot.

Went here tonight before closing at 10pm. Went through the drive-thru and spent $53. Decided to not check the bag on the way home and came to find we had half of our order. Disappointing for sure..

Food is great as usual but my family and I are finding that the reputation for good customer service is a hit or miss nowadays. Not sure if they are short staffed at Cedar Hills location but many of the employees act like they don’t want to be there or they’re unhappy which is reflecting on poor customer service.

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this visit was a letdown. My chicken sandwich came out cold, which is really unusual for them since the food is normally fresh and hot. The staff were polite and the service was quick, but the quality just wasn't what I've come to expect. Hopefully it was just an off day, because this location is usually much better.
