The restaurant had 2 major points: 1. Flavors are more Americanized 2. Missing carts pushed around for customers to select options. Here, you order on a check off sheet. Then the food is deliver to you on the cart.
The dining room was spacious. Currently, they are a little understaffed. It will take a while to get your check, and then a few more minutes to pay. The wait staff was kind.

The food is not as good as before. The carrot cake is tasteless. I told the waitress and she just nodded her head and walked away. This service is unacceptable. The fried noodles is very oily and dry too. I am not going back again.

Bland?
The pot Sickers were extremely tough. We also got the chicken chow mein, the chicken was thin cut and over cooked. I will give it to em that the Generals chicken was pretty good.

Tasty dim sum place in Beaverton. Good service. Unlimited tea. My favorites are pork shew my, stuffed chive and shrimp /pork pan fried cake, roasted duck, sticky rice in lotus leaves and custard cream steamed bun.

So I being eating on this place. food is pretty good but this time I’m not impressed with their service crew I know you are going to say you should give them tips but this time my family got force to leave a tips which is not required for the customer to do it. It’s in Oregon laws that need to be voluntary not force. So I’m not going to eat and let my friend to eat this place again just to force for the tips. The employee they got paid by hour I got paid by hour either with out tipping. Just wondering if the one ask for tips is the owner and keep those tip for them self…???

To the woman who not so discreetly put the tip tray in front of me whilr I was in the middle of a conversation (nevermind an excuse me) and not even 10 seconds later again she returned again to move the tray ever so slightly as if her action wasn't obvious enough. You just did yourself a disservice as I would have given more. You didn't even serve us, but yet you thought you were entitled to a tip. This action alone makes me never want to return EVER. Please remember tips are for servers not owners. It is totally unnecessary to be so rude and blatant to your customers.

This used to be a good place, but not anymore. We ordered hot and sour soup, sesame chicken and subgum chicken chow mein. The soup was bland and tasteless. This sesame chicken was hard like stones cooked in barbecue sauce and the chow mein was just a bunch of sautéed celery with a few pieces of chicken that were like cooked ground beef. The bill came to $50. Totally not worth it. One bad experience like that is all it takes for us to never go there again. Caveat emptor.
Reminds me of Chinese restaurants in Oʻahu. Serving dim sum all day. If you come at lunch time, you can choose dim sum off the carts. They also sell whole and half ducks. Hot tea (free) is served right away when the bring water. They have a choice of traditional family style meals, easy pick course meals, as well as individual plates.

They are so sweet, and the dimsum is so good here. I've been to din tai fung, dough zone, etc.. but nothing beats this place on the west side. You just have to know what to order :)
