Ordered a chicken bowl and chips and guac. The quac was in the bag but no chips.. online order so cant speak to atmosphere.

I been to many chipotles but this one sucked they didn’t have enough meat and there was no one in line. The chubby girl serving was annoyed that I asked if they had anymore meat coming she said it would take 15 minutes. I was on break so I didn’t have time to wait. I ended up just taking the scraps left in the pan. And yes they charge me full price. Plus I had to return because they forgot the chips I payed for. Next time I’m going to a different chipotle

Went there at 10:05 pm. They were out of many options but I ended up Ordering two bowls, asked the server to put both chicken servings in one of them and leave the other with no chicken. Ended up charging me for double scoop.

Every time I order online, they keep the order behind the counter instead of putting it out, so I have to stand by the register and wait for someone to acknowledge me to get the order. Half the time they'll ignore me for like 5-10 minutes before asking for the name on my order. A lot of the time my order is in sight behind the register. Drives me crazy, I'm going to try a different Chipotle.

Employee giving his friends massive portion sizes and minimal to other customers. Waiting in a to go order the employees in the back dancing without a care to customers waiting. Just wish customer service was made a priority.

They were almost out of white rice, and try to give you the smallest portions possible. It's aggravating when I only get three things on my burrito bowl. Tables were dirty. It took the person taking orders a long time to acknowledge customers. I was #2 in line, then 4-5 more people came in. I've had better service here before, so maybe this was just an off day.

The lady in front of me — whose son is in the hospital and asked for Chipotle — has been in line since 9 PM and they haven’t served a single person in the restaurant. (This location is open until 10 PM.)
They’ve instead focused on several big to go orders. I get it — it happens. But they should at least communicate with in-oerson customers as to their plan … and perhaps shut down online ordering when it overwhelms their ability to serve in person customers.
Need better shift manager training.
Last time I ordered online at this same location, I arrived 15 minutes after ordering and they served 4 in-person customers before preparing my mobile order … so I gave up on mobile ordering … but clearly I should’ve done mobile tonight.
I guess it’s a crapshoot.

Second time I’ve stood in line for 10 mins while the line is working on the same customer. Ended up leaving. If you have limited time, suggest elsewhere.
