Alex Liu did me a huge favor by assisting my very large order at lunch time rush! I needed to feed 20 people with individual orders and my DoorDash cancelled but he was so nice and helpful and got it all done!

I've gotten food poisoning from the second time now from this location :( they must not be keeping the meats at food safe temperature and times, since I'm literally usually only getting meat and cheese.

Food was amazing one of the girls seemed very over worked, she still smiled and was nice while helping us and even went to the back for my perfered.order when out up front, leaving g a great mark, as most would just say they were out to move the line. Food was fresh and yummy.

Stoned children giving half portions for burritos and double portions for bowls. Do yourself a favor and buy your own tortillas and get a bowl. Everyone that works closing shift monday-sunday are an absolute disgrace to the franchise.
Closing shift will rarely clean and will only change the trash if it's completely overfilled.
Burrito to bowl portion sizes should ALWAYS be the same size. 8 portion cup of each ingredient requested.
Hold every single crew member accountable! Every one of you should be ashamed of yourselves.

If I could choose zero, I would do so for its bad service. Our kid ordered a kids quesadilla, without knowing just because of a piece of bigger Burritos，the price went up $5! But they don’t have any written menu for such upgrading. When I asked why. Their reply is “you should have asked! “ that is so terrible!
