The lady in front of me — whose son is in the hospital and asked for Chipotle — has been in line since 9 PM and they haven’t served a single person in the restaurant. (This location is open until 10 PM.)
They’ve instead focused on several big to go orders. I get it — it happens. But they should at least communicate with in-oerson customers as to their plan … and perhaps shut down online ordering when it overwhelms their ability to serve in person customers.
Need better shift manager training.
Last time I ordered online at this same location, I arrived 15 minutes after ordering and they served 4 in-person customers before preparing my mobile order … so I gave up on mobile ordering … but clearly I should’ve done mobile tonight.
I guess it’s a crapshoot.

Second time I’ve stood in line for 10 mins while the line is working on the same customer. Ended up leaving. If you have limited time, suggest elsewhere.

Undercooked rice again. Not the only location I've had that happen though so I only blame the cooking procedure the cooks have to follow, not the employees. This issue seems to have gotten worse over the last 2 years, to a point where it feels like gambling on a $12+ burrito. I'm not necessarily a picky eater but hard rice is one of the few things that make the food inedible for me, and I feel bad throwing away the rest when I know it's decent quality.

Went to grab a pickup order and was completely ignored by the cashier while she went through 5 other people. Whatever, I’ll sit through the line of 7 people and order again so she can’t ignore me then.
Along the way their card reader stopped working. Did they tell anyone in line it was cash only? No. You find out at the end of the line and they tell you to just to try waiting. I walked out and judging by the food left on the counter wasn’t the only one.

Ordered online, well before their cut off time, dasher got there and was waiting for 20+ minutes. Got to their closing time and didn't hear anything, reached out to the dasher and he said they were REFUSING to fill the order despite him being there waiting for a long time. Should probably replace those staff members.

Ordered 15 minutes before the cutoff time (45 minutes before closing) and they refused to make the order(driver had to tell us 40 minutes after ordering, the store didn’t do it sooner.). What’s the point in having a cutoff time of 10:30 if you are going to stop making orders before that?

they rationing or something dude my burrito was twice as small as the kind you'd get at any other chipotle.

Apparently this place has a bad rep for this kind of stuff, now I know 😭

I stopped by to get a chicken burrito and I basically received a veggie burrito. There is only 5 little cubes of chicken. I had to pay extra $3.99 for extra chicken to make my meal more balanced. Is this a new tactic by Chipotle to make their customers pay more?
