Literally never once has my food been done on time when ordering through the app. If they are 20 min late, that’s fast for them. I watch people walk through the line with no wait, yet I order 30 min before I want my food and it’s ready 30 min after when it’s due.
I don’t understand what the problem is, but it’s only at this location that I’ve experienced such slow service.

Food made me ill with E. coli. Waited 2 hours for my DoorDash. Worst crew ever.
My wife and I both ordered burritos but somehow hers is twice the size.
