Rewards system was down and the woman refused to honor a reward I was due. This place needs to learn how to provide better service.

Consistently the worst Chipotle I've been to, unfortunately.

I stopped by to pick up dinner for my granddaughter today and wasn't disappointed. Her chicken bowl looked full of chicken and all the other stuff she wanted. Just as I began to read her texted order, my phone died and together, the Chipolte guy and I got it right. She was very happy.

FYI the customer service is awful.I’ve tried coming to this location a few times and I always get the same rude treatment. I really love Chipotle and I work close and I would love to come more often but I think I will stay clear. Food is usually very good.

These guys always get me right! They have a great staff and give AMAZING portions! This is one of the THREE, BEST Chipotle’s that I can think of PERIOD. I go there all the time on my luches from work. They ACTUALLY care about you a load you up! The guy who I THINK is the manager ALSO works hard with the team, has a caring attitude, and ALSO gives AMAZING portions. Which is so satisfying to see. Not to glaze, but… 9.7/10!! The only bad experiences I’ve really have with them was with online uber eats orders.

Short staffed on the Subway before a holiday, and rice and fajitas were all out at 7pm. The gentlemen had a great attitude, made up for it.

My favorite even if some of the employees make the smallest bowls in the world.

I placed a timed order for 9:30 and I was very disappointed that employee Cameron was the first to see if I was here to pick up and order and said it'll be done in a few minutes. What's sad that Keila was watching Cameron helping other customers who clearly chose to ignore my order. I was disappointed in the fact he did that to me. Keila noticed and quickly stepped up and made my order. Chipotle could use some more wonderful employees like her. Cameron is the worst example of customer service. I work in retail myself and I have provided much better service than that liar himself. Thank you again Keila for completing my order.

So bummed out... I thought chipotle is known for their lemon lime chips..... which enhances the flavors of the food. I guess I don't do it anymore.... time to find a new favorite

Waited 45 min for a DoorDash pick up order. Multiple others came through and got their mobile orders but mine never came out. Ended up cancelling and going home hungry. Not the worker’s fault, definitely the store management needing to staff better and stop taking mobile orders after a certain number come in because clearly they can’t handle it.

I love this location!! The inside is always sparkling clean (including bathrooms which is awesome) and seems very well managed. The employees are always kind and professional which i think contributes to a better customer experience.

The food itself is always so tasty and fresh. It’s well seasoned and properly prepared allowing me to feel confident in the quality of food im receiving. I also think that their chips are better here as they always have the perfect amount of salt and lime making it so they actually have flavour! They have been super accommodating with any mention of allergies, and I can tell they work hard for ensure no contamination is found in your meal.

I think this is the best location in the Beaverton area, and offers the most positive and consistent experience each time! I can tell the store manager has an eye for detail and it absolutely makes a difference in setting their location apart from others!!

Despite some reviews mentioning small portions, I decided to give it a shot and see for myself. In the end, I wasn’t disappointed — the portion was generous, I was full, and overall very satisfied. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Maybe previous feedback really did help improve the service. Either way, my experience was entirely positive.
