Can I do 6 stars? First time we went here. WOW! This place has all 3 categories covered. 1. Top notch service by Tabitha who I think has a Masters degree in "tea". She knows all about ALL of them and there are a bunch of teas here in multiple categories. She really treated us like her family. 2. Top notch food. I usually prefer the first "level" of the afternoon tea tray, but this time I found the scones and the pastries to be excellent, whereas the little sandwiches were not really to my taste. I particularly disliked the new take on the traditional cucumber sandwiches (one of my favorites) as a "cheese and pickle sandwich". Since I detest pickles, there was no redeeming value there for me.
